I stayed here for the seventh time with my family. The place is very clean and the owners are really nice and attentive to every need. We were in an apartment on the Pin with our little backyard where I parked my bicycles. In front of the structure crossing the road you get to a cabin with a fantastic water. There are car parks on the roof that for me was fantastic. We only had a small inconvenience with the air conditioning but the owners were immediately available to solve the problem.

We've been really good.

We're back for the second year in a row and I definitely recommend spacious and clean apartments with all the kitchen appliances, from this year also new furniture, kind and available staff, 2 steps from the sea, a fairly large swimming pool, good price.

Residence very well maintained owners always ready and available to meet the ns demands excellent location to visit the natural beauty of the place and nearby town. the added value of the pool which, on days when the wind and the sea do not allow to be on the beach, becomes a pleasant alternative for relaxing days. the free beach is in front of the residence and can be reached in an instant... functional apartments cozy and clean the ns view pool also had a terrace with laundry and bed very convenient for the laundry.

Title is not bad at all

It is located in a strategic area, on foot you can reach so many small beaches equipped and not. A few minutes' drive away you find San Foca and then Torre del Orso. If your idea of vacation is tranquility and sea ahead without having to get in the car this is one of the right places. The residence is really cozy and very well studied, the apartments all have a double exhibition and a double terrace, perfectly soundproofed. Clean and well maintained. Beautiful pool area, very comfortable. In there are excellent restaurants on the staff perhaps missing some services such as a supermarket, this one is really small. I stayed with my dog and it was not only in the structure that suits the four legs well, in the comforting effects that allow us to stay well through their residence. Everything is also very comfortable. Everything is available in the area with a mountain bike and then you can look out to the beach with the eighth mile of the dog park.

Great for a quiet vacation.

The facility is well-positioned, well-maintained, but it can be suitable for certain types of people who want to be with the children in the pool and lead a seasonal life. There is no comfort except the trade union minimum, such as the fridge which is a real sin, given its size. It would be correct to allocate car seats, night watch and a minimum of animation that would give life to the place (at least for children). Why ask for the balance on arrival?

The residence is located in an excellent position, opposite to a cafeteria with clean water (when there is no wind, otherwise it is filled with seaweed carried by the waves). The residence is on the sea. From the residence you can reach any location in Salento with great ease. SERVIZI The residence has a spacious and satisfactory swimming pool. It is felt, however, that the total lack of a bar and a restaurant within the structure is not possible. There are currently 2-3 distributors of bibite, cafes and ice cream, which also make the space quite empty and often out of service. It is practically possible to find a restaurant in the pool, drinking a cocktail prepared in a bar or eating something. The residence has a parking lot. The parking space for the cars but the places offered on the premises is not very convenient. The residence is very convenient, and the number of rooms is not always available in the evening, and the price of the apartment is not quite satisfactory. Benino/good but not very good

We just had a wonderful holiday in this residence with a swimming pool, literally overlooking the beautiful sea of San Foca. A very clean residence managed wisely by Gaetano, who has proved himself to be a thoughtful and cordial person who can surprise you with courtesy and availability. I did not fully understand the four stars mentioned on some site, and I don't think they are relevant, but certainly if we talk about comfort, cleanliness and hospitality it is definitely worth more. I forgot to mention that, among the various amenities, besides the beautiful swimming pool, there is the covered parking lot, very appreciated. Sure to try, if we are back in the area, we know where to go. Thanks again for the hospitality Gabr.

Enchanting position

A wonderful discovery in a beautiful sea. Well-maintained residence, with functional, clean and large enough for a family of four. A wonderful, uncrowded swimming pool and always available staff, the children had a lot of fun. The sea is 20 meters away even though the surrounding caves are often penalized by the master, which often makes them unusable and with some seaweed. With the calm sea, however, the places are amazing and with a crystal sea! We will definitely return, the quality/cost ratio is the real strength point.
