The location of the residence is perfect and calm, the location is very central and you can reach easily several beaches nearby. There is also a free shutltle service to the beach, so that you don't have to walk or look for a parking space. (it runs whenever you want). There is enough place to park securly in the street. The pool is big, clean and very nice. The appartments are clean and everything you need to cook is available.
The host is very friendly and recommended us several nice places to go to. (restaurant, wine tasting, beaches,..). 
He also makes great olive oil, which can be bought at the property.

great host, great location, great price

We stayed here for a week and had a great time. The apartments are all very clean and well maintained with a yard or balcony outside. It's a very quiet residence, and after the hustle and bustle of a day at the beach, it's the perfect place to relax. The residence itself is less than a kilometre away from the beach but the shuttle service means you have your own free private taxi everyday. The most important and welcoming thing about this place is the wonderful staff. There are no problems for the manager Lucia - only solutions! She'll give you advice, book restaurants or day-trips and even give you a lift if you need one. And always with a smile! Paolo, who operates the shuttle, is a wealth of information and local wisdom. He's also speaks a local dialect of greco which will sadly die with his generation. These people are what makes Salento a great place to visit. Not only did we leave feeling relaxed, we also felt we had found new friends, and we look forward to seeing them again. Bravo Residence Vaia!!
