We stayed in this building from 12 to 18 September, the weather was on our side, the sea was wonderful the rest made Villa Neptunia, impeccable cleanliness, sober and elegant furnishings at the same time. Breakfast varied and abundant served in a well-kept garden in every corner of the structure. Gentle staff and ready to meet any request. A special thanks to the owner who on the morning of the 18th, on the occasion of my wife's birthday, found a rose on our table.

Absolutely perfect.

Located in a very comfortable position for those who want to enjoy the sea (you cross the road and you are there) and what a sea! I stayed here with my family in a room ((blue)) equipped with all the comforts...we a quadruple also with kitchen, microwave, coffee machine and electric boiler 😳so much to be a bed and breakfast! Functional bathroom with daily change of clothes (sheets of course 1 time a week). Good cleanliness and a lot of attention to the new hygiene rules. External spaces very clean...one new customers are some professional iron chairs beaten in the gazebo where you do the dressing...when my shots to get close to the table can easily loosen up (oooooooo and another guest has tried to get the iron to get back to me)

Surprise. A B&B that looks like a 4-star hotel.

Although we were still in a health emergency, at the end of May I decided to book a room in this b&b for the first week of August, trusting in the beauty of the area, not overly invaded by tourists thanks to the proximity to the renowned localities of Torre del orso and Otranto. All my expectations were not only met, but I also had to look upwards, aware that this could make this structure impossible to book in the future. The rooms are all newly built, equipped with every comfort, and some even with a cooking angle. The themes of the furnishing are the colours: our room, in fact, was tired of everything, except for the wonderful quality of the water, and I had to look upwards, knowing that this could make this structure impossible to book in the future.

The fear of being honest!

A relaxed holiday, a beautiful and well-kept garden, clean rooms, a rich and varied breakfast (there is no breakfast for everyone!!).

It's a beautiful place.

Great stay in mid-September 2019. We slept in the yellow room, which is also equipped with a mini-kitchen; the villa has a beautiful garden, breakfast is excellent and the location has an interior parking lot.

Residence for 4 days

I would definitely recommend it!!! Everything positive.. starting from Mrs. Anna very kindly.. to the room where we stayed... staff... nice garden where to make a great breakfast.

First of all, even we have never had a mishap like this before, just because we think about booking well in advance and taking all the necessary information. Booking took place in March, for a total number of people equal to 6, but places to sleep 5. Two couples of which one with 2 babies (of which this is also specified our age, for which the one-year-old girl in Latvian) has to make something clear. First of all, we have decided to make the other person with a medium size structure. So just because we have to read a screenshot of the messages exchanged with the dog, and the problem of the sixth bed, so we can really choose to stay in the same place.

Scorn, arrogance and lies.

Booked in March by e-mail specifying our needs. A double without corner cooking and a triple with corner cooking.We took the double specifying that we had a medium-sized dog with us but when we arrived the lady immediately began to bark with unprofessional and annoying behavior.We were basically kicked out because they thought a 20kg dog is not a medium-sized dog.We are talking about a public utility dog, an anti-venom dog trained to look for poisoned bites, a more educated assurance than her that runs around the garden and poops in front of the guest rooms.I was on my way out and the dog arrived screaming that a large step dog that would not be a medium-sized dog and I wanted to call the carabiners.

Disdain and Arrogance

Very good accommodation from Anna, nice clean room, good bed, sea view, beautiful garden of the residence, good breakfast with the staff person very pleasant.

A lovely guesthouse

We stayed there for three nights. Our apartment was well furnished. All new furnishings. Beautiful and clean bathroom. Sea view. Very good and varied breakfast. Very kind owners. They suggested several things to visit and we thank them very much for that. Convenient location to visit Salento. Basically within a radius of 50km you find everything. Experience to repeat.
