The place is very clean, comfortable, spacious and new. The staff is very friendly. Excellent location inside city centre. There is not private bathroom. 
Coffee machine available in common spaces. Parking is available but with additional fees.

Very good stay

After we had to leave another hotel in meran due to bad service we booked the double apartments and it was great clean and easy 
Slept a good night and discovered meran - located central in meran the place to be 

Host and housekeeper have been great

PROS: Extremely clean (despite shared bathroom).
Excellent location.
Sizable room. 

CONS: There is no breakfast included (as mentioned above on hotel info).
No A/C but windows opened (take this into consideration for summer as rooms are on the 3rd floor).
No reception & nobody to meet us; we had to turn on our data to call once we arrived (which is the reason I give this 3 stars & not 4).
Must pay for parking. 

Other: There is a communal coffee maker in the hall.

Wonderful for a quick stay

Location is right on the river, opposite the promende. The rooms and washrooms are neatless clean. No reception, but an entrance code (it was a bit difficult to get in). The staff person was then very friendly. Parking expensive, we used public parking (for free because sunday). All in all highly recommended, good value for money.

Wonderful apparment with river view

We booked this accommodation for one night in summer 2017.
It's good located directly at the city center.
It's clean.
There is no reception in the house. You have to tell sour arrival time to the owner and than the owner gibe you the keys and a code for the front door.
Against the description on Tripadvisor no breakfast is included. There is only a coffee  machine in the hall.
And the negative thing is also that the rooms are very hot in summer and you have to know that the rooms to the street located directly at a wild river so it's a bit loud there.

No breakfast and the room is too hot in summer

Booked a twin bedded room. Nice clean design, balcony at 3rd floor of a private building. Thermea, river , resto, etc all close by. Friendly host. At corridor free coffee making fac. Approx 6 rooms share a spacious common bathroom with shower and toilett as well as a separate toillet. Wifi did not work properly but presume will be fixed soon. Due to the heat wave presently (37C) quite hot inside.
