I love the hotel: the interior, the rooms, the spa and pool, the food, the location (just in front there's a ski bus stop). And first and foremost the superfriendly and helpful staff starting from the reception including the cleaning ladies and the restaurant crew. Armando, the guy responsible for entertainment in the hote, is just fabulous. He is a natural and creates a great atmosphere around him. The sauna sessions with him are a real treat. We don't have kids but the hotel is definitely family friendly and there's lots of options for kids too. I'd definitely come back as I had a really great time here.
