I want to make a few comments about the service I get. - Yesterday after check-in air conditioning was not working. Your employees tried to fix it twice. After all they told me to open a closet and to regulate the temperature without ‘intelligent home system’ - I’ve tried ti take a shower but in 2 minutes no hot water left. May be something is wrong with water pipes or the boiler is too small, but that’s very annoying. I made a phone call and was promised to fix the problem. In the evening and tomorrow I got the same problem -After check-in a guy asked me when it would be comfortable to clean the room. We’ve chosen 2 o’clock. I’ve just come home and I see that no cleaning has been made at all -On the first day I made another telephone call and told the support that ‘intelligent home system’ does not work. They told me «it’s ok, don’t worry, you can manage the temperature in the closet». That’s nice, but how can I manage the curtains, radio, light and etc??? Sure, there are some buttons on the walls, but they don’t hame names. That’s a very interesting game to guess the right one. -And finally. After check-in I asked what to do with the keys at the check-out. I was told to leave them on the table. No problem, I’ll do it, but you have to now that anyone can enter the apartment after me, because it’s impossible to close the door appropriately without a key (cause it’s left inside) To say the truth I was expecting much better service from your team, cause you’ve said that ‘my vacation is your passion'
