Very helpful staff - they speak English well. It’s not central so takes 30 minutes on no14 tram which is directly across the road to catch every 10 minutes. Public transport is very cheap you buy at the taboconist. You can buy 1 day ticket or 3 day. Rooms were warm but I asked for a fan and it was taken to my room . I had a single room and my parents had a twin. Maids come every day to clean and change towels. Nice varied choice at breakfast - it’s self service for everything. Bottled water in room provided each day. There’s a fridge and a hairdryer. No kettle. Sky tv in many languages. There’s 3 restaurants nearby easy to walk to on same street - all were good food - cheaper than eating in city and good for when you waiting for taxi home. All the hotel is very clean, there’s toilets in the lobby. Theres computers to use the internet but I didn’t use them so don’t know the cost. Gianluca was very helpful and approachable nothing was too much trouble and his English is excellent
