We stayed here for a couple of nights, whilst touring Italy by train. The hotel Regina is a little gem in the middle of Milan. It is within walking distance of the Duomo, plus all of the fabulous shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well kept. Our room was absolutely fabulous. Aside from the hotel being great, I have to mention the staff. They are wonderful, friendly and caring. We had left Milan and were travelling to Florence. My husband received an email from the reception at the Hotel Regina, stating I had left a precious bracelet in the safe. The staff went above and beyond to get it returned to me. We arrived home on 28.09.25 and it was delivered to our home today 01.10.25 by DHL. I can 100% recommend this hotel. We will be returning to Milan in the future and we will definitely stay here again.
