I'm afraid I have not stayed here, nor had a meeting here. However I was very lost after getting off at lotto metro. First impression it looked a very dated hotel as I entered reception, I was met with a gleaming smile from the receptionist whom had been there 2 days only, what a credit to the hotel you are! She was patient, kind and very helpful at a time when I was very stressed from travelling all day ! A big thank you Grazie Millie to you young lady!
