Girls holiday, cheap flights to Milan from Alicante! bargin!... found the holiday on Booking.com, looked good, great spot and cheap!.... then before leaving, read the reviews on here and was dreading it... got to the hotel.. the guy was a bit grumpy, (we had seen this in a previous review), went up to the room, was fine!! 3 beds, clean, did smell of smoke a bit, but as smokers we wasn't put off too much.. broke the ice with the guy on the way out for dinner, then he was fine, the wife was lovely and very helpful. spoke English and Spanish. wasn't cold considering there was a blizzard of snow outside... the next morning, Saturday, there was a little market out the front park. lovely. only a few minutes walk from the center and surrounded by lovely restaurants. there's a Carrefour supermarket not far for anything you need food wise. We didn't stay for the included breakfast so cant review that. got back and the room was cleaned.... honestly, was fine, I loved it, for the price you cant find anywhere like it! cheap and comfty and right in the middle!... please don't be put off by the reviews, book up and see Milan! its a beautiful City! enjoy guys!
