Hotel Hamilton

This place is great! The facilities are excellent, spotless and nothing was a problem to anyone we asked, for anything we asked for. The family that own and operate it are top notch and made us feel like we were at home from home at every turn. Even with a couple of super fussy kids mealtimes were no problem as there was a buffet at every meal as well as the pre ordered menu which, incidentally, was excellent and offered lots of variety of dishes in itself. We did a day trip and were offered a packed lunch to take with us. It was super! Plenty of tasty treats to see us through the day. A very comfortable hotel with nice, clean rooms (our room was air conditioned and had nice large balcony with drying rack too). With a bar near the reception, there's a comfortable lounge area at the front of the hotel where you have the opportunity to relax. It was always nice and fresh there even on the hottest day. The play room was really good for the kids and Even though we only used it the once, they loved it. An excellent facility! The hotel is ideally located for our needs. Only a few minutes walk and you are in the hustle and bustle of the coast front but removed just enough from it that it was nice and quiet. For me, all of the benefits with none of the drawbacks. Also Handy for local shops if you need anything. Looking forward to our next visit for more of the buffet and the boy for more 'coffee and milk'. 😎
