The right place

Mr. Hamlet's management and education skills are nonexistent. Parking is not available, if there is a paid blue area. Breakfast in the Piave Street accommodation you have to do it yourself, if you find the ingredients. Cleaning is unlikely. The apartment in the center is a room upstairs in an alley of the historic center (better not to try to go there by car because it's everything) on the second floor of a fat building with a staircase without elevator, but furnished with everything, the bathroom is minuscule, without bidet, from the windows seen on the scratched walls.

Clean and welcoming

Central B&B, convenient for traveling by train. Comfortable and clean room. New kitchen. New insulation to keep you out of the heat. New bathroom with shower compartment where you can even get a hot tub. Direction available. Nothing to say. Vote 10.

That's great.

We stayed two nights in an apartment on the Gallucci street. The strength point is definitely the location: very central.. you forget the car and you have the opportunity to walk around all of Modena. On the road you will also find both bars, places to eat, pubs, shops.. there is really everything available. The apartment is small but very nice, the building nothing but we are still in the historic center so I don't think you can have different claims. It's all digitized, so also very convenient to check in and check out. For people who don't know what claims the extracouncil!

Good value for money

We booked our stay in the pompous apartment long in advance. COMMUNICATION VERY difficult from the beginning, Mr. Hamleto is difficult to answer the phone and when he answers he closes as soon as possible with an excuse or another without answering the perplexities of his prospective customers. I asked several times both by phone and via WhatsApp the address of the apartment assigned to us without getting any answer. We were told that we could leave the suitcases in another facility because our breakfast would be available around lunchtime immediately after cleaning. We arrived in Modena after 12 hours of travel, at 10.30 I sent a voice to check the view and I didn't get an answer, I called without getting an answer, I searched the app and I quoted after having any answer.

No living room!

We stayed in the apartment on Via Santa Margherita on the third floor of an old building. Apartment small enough, kitchen corner small enough and with a few useless dishes because dirty (no dishwasher). Small bathroom, looks recently renovated but has a shower without box and no shower plate, only a tent to limit the sketches, microscopic laundry and strong smell from the discharges. In the apartment also refrigerator, washing machine (with towels of the previous bones (!) and boiler a few meters from the bed that disturbs sleep. Check in fact by sending documents via whatsapp (! no direct contact with the manager and nothing received.

Good location

Comfortable for the central location, the structure The pompous Academy is located inside a stable on the third floor. Stay of 2 nights, during which there was no cleaning by the staff, no changing of towels, or anything else. Breakfast cannot be made because the accommodation, apart from a boiler, does not have a stove or a coffee machine with salads. A bed and breakfast, according to the definition, should guarantee a bed and breakfast, since it is not even so cheap: 123 euros for a stay of 2 nights, I repeat: without cleaning and without cleaning.
