Super kind staff, very clean facilities, calm and very well located. Restaurant next door, cool pool a little cold in September, we stayed in the chalet but the rest of the camping seemed to match the same standards. Nothing to say it was perfect

Couple week in Trentino

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights, because we had a problem with our car. We had to order a car part to the campsite, which they had no issue with. They were also very helpful in helping us find a local mechanic. On top of this, the campsite is beautiful, clean and peaceful, even though it was busy! There’s Wi-Fi, electricity and water at every pitch. It’s a 20 minute walk to the amazing lakes, and there’s a great restaurant just below the campsite. The pizzas at the campsite are also great. The facilities are clean and modern, and the shop has good necessities. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and want to come back next year!

Beautiful Dolomite camping 

This is a little gem of a site in a spectacular location with Monte Terlago in the background. Better access from Vezzano rather than Terlago especially in a bigger vehicle. The ladies on reception spoke excellent English and were helpful in giving any information we needed. The pitches are very spacious and are open to the sun but with some trees to provide shade if needed. Good showers with plenty of room although you do need to make sure you use the hooks provided for anything you want to keep dry. Lots of toilets kept very clean during our stay. Large and standard sized washing machines and 2 dryers and ironing boards came in useful. The bar was open at breakfast time and from about 6 and in the evening pizzas available to eat in or takeaway. These are made fresh to order and were huge. Good pool although water temperature quite refreshing. Wifi stronger the nearer to reception you are. Possible to walk to Lago di Lamar through the woods from the campsite – depending on fitness would take between 30 and 40 minutes each way – wear sturdy footwear as some of it is a bit of a scramble but worth it.

Wonderful scenery

This place is amazing for a family vacation in the summer. We came here in mid August. The chalet is super cozy, it can fit a family with 3 kids. The chalet has good kitchen appliances, as well as closets for your clothes and a nice shower. There is a porch were we ate all our meals with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
The place is perfect for kids, since they ran and played outside without us worrying for them. There is also a shop, a pizzeria with good pizza and a playground.  We did not use the pool since in 20 minute walk/5 min drive from the chalet there is the most amazing lake I have ever been to. Make sure you do not stop at the first lake, which is also very nice, but continue to Laghi Di Lamar. It looks like islands in Thailand. There is omega and boards for free swimming.
The surrounding are also beautifull so you can have day trips to very interesting places.
No need for air conditioning. We came here with the thought that there is AC, but actually in the nights it's pretty cold. So make sure you don't miss this awesome place.

 The only downside- Chalet #9 (our friends were there) the shower has no cabin and the water spills all over.

An amazing August vacation

We're staying in this campsite and we are very happy. Staff are very friendly and wellcoming, ready to help you. Is a family campsite, quiet and very relaxing. Pitches have shades and trees to put your hammock. Toilettes are very new but if I have to say something bad I can say that they always have the floor wet, full of puddles. 
Wi-fi goes and returns. 
Lovely surroundings. Nice path to the lakes (it starts in the campsite). 
We're having an amazing experience here!! We're sure that we will return!

Amazing campsite and surroundings

Favourite parts:

- stunning views
- gorgeous natural setting: woods, lakes and mountains
- well-signed walking and biking trails from the campsite gates
- delicious pizza at the campsite restaurant
- well-stocked shop
- lovely swimming pool
- pitches are a good size, level & with plenty of trees for shade
- free WiFi that mostly works well (there is a limited number of usernames/passwords available, and they get recycled, so you may be trying to use one someone else has in use. Reception were helpful in getting us a new code, fortunately.)

A few downsides:
- showers lukewarm most days (regardless of the time of day)
- reception declined to deal with rowdy campers keeping us (and our neighbours) up a couple of nights in a row "because they were frequent visitors"

While we enjoyed our stay overall and would probably return, we did struggle a few days when a large group of loud campers who ran riot till late in the night were not dealt with despite complaints from various campers across the site. 

I don't mind families having a great time, but when it goes on until 2am multiple nights in a row and keeps people from sleeping, it's no longer fun. We raised it with reception (as well as the people themselves, to no avail), where it was explained to us that they understood our frustration and had received multiple complaints, but that the campsite's owner had declined to take action as the group were frequent visitors. It was a disappointing response and a sure way not to turn us into frequent visitors...

Fortunately this group left after a few days, and from that point onwards we really enjoyed our stay again. Overall, it's a great campsite, and provided the other campers keep sociable hours, you'll have an amazing stay.
