Imagine you feel like home, rooms with Space, Well equipt and with a size for 4-5 people - close to City and the clear water in Moneglia. With the family spirit & atmosphere only create in Italy - we Will be back again and again !

Great place to be, family atmosphere and nice rooms close to City and water

Book for 2 nights and had to leave due the noise from the rail line right next door. No air conditioning and apartment was full of insects. 

Out dated and old fittings with one of the beds blocking the front door.

Would not recommend and best to look elsewhere if at all possible.

Noisy & Hot

I feel bad writing this review as the staff of the hotel were very pleasant. However, this is without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I can't imagine how it ever was awarded 3*. Firstly, the rooms have no air con. This wouldn't be too much of an issue you'd think as sleeping with the doors open encourages some fresh air. This would have maybe sufficed if there hadn't been a train track right over our roof. The noise really was unbearable and joined on the hour by the deafening clock chimes from meters away through the entire night. It left us with two nights of exhausting, hot, stuffy, sleepless nights. We didn't eat breakfast here as it looked fairly minimalistic for €6. I would urge you not to consider staying here. Unfortunately it was a really terrible end to what has been a brilliant trip round Italy.

Would rather have slept in a tent

Great experience at Hotel Residence Paradiso.  Large, clean room, very good value for the price.  Excellent location - short walk to beautiful beaches and charming shops & restaurants of Moneglia.  Train station also a short walk.  Took the train to go to Cinque Terra which was very convenient.  Owners, Mr & Mrs Chiappella could not have been more helpful and welcoming!  I look forward to my next stay!

Excellent Stay

Owners are very friendly and helpful people. Really made you feel like home first minute you step though the doors. 

Location is almost perfect...will come to this later...very close to the beach and town center.

Rooms we were at was pretty big and very tidy. It had a fridge and very comfortable bed.

I think that the lack of AC and proximity of the to railway track are the biggest disadvantages of this place.

It was pretty hot during the night unfortunately sleeping with the windows open proves to be almost imposable - trains are running all night long. Having them closed made us pretty much boiling on the bed.
On top of that breakfast was another disappointment...bread was stale, juicy tasted weirdly...and that coffee...
