Charly from bell boy services was beyond attentive. Great peoples person. Book your dinners ahead of time. The Japanese style restaurant is amazing. Cancun Adventures has a very weak and unorganized transportation system. The receptionist booked our Covid 19 test on same day of our excursion. All because she was trying so hard to sell me a timeshare to one of the other resorts. (while test results are instant, it takes like 6 hours to get email confirmation). Don’t wait till last minute. This resort needs a better golf cart transportation system. 10 minutes turn into 30 minutes; not a disabled friendly entity. Amstar/ Apple Vacations provided us with exceptional services.
