We were in this very nice building, really nice ground floor double room entrance door, and bathroom without window, air conditioned (never lit that it wasn't needed) and TV, mattress and pillows the best we ever found in the facilities, it lacked the fridge, which I think should be put even if in the middle of the night you get up that you want at least a little fresh water, breakfast from number 1 there was everything from sweet to salty fruit cappuccino (top FILIPPO) and coffee, located as a strategic location in the historic center of Monopoli, like city Monopoli is very nice full of people but there is a problem of parking services at least for us who were the central week that we didn't know how to park and public night, from the sea to the sea and from FILIPPO to MARIA...

The historic center is spectacular.

I was in this hotel for a short vacation and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Filippo, besides being a prodigy of advice, was very kind. Abundant breakfast with homemade cakes, fruit and yogurt, impeccable room cleaning. Right in the middle of an old palace a few meters from the sea. Excellent quality price ratio. Monopoly was a surprise, really nice...

Even though the location is very strategic but following are the experiences i went through during my stay:
1- they get shocked when you have a different skin colour than them.

2- they don't  let you know in advance that the room they will give you has no windows. And it is shocking that the room has a certificate issued with the rating of 45/50.

3- EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Both of the owners are highly aggressive (seem under the influence of some drugs) when you complain about something.

Rude and Lack of respect

We went into the room at 6:00, we couldn't even leave our luggage. big room, but street floor, with a single window door, they don't clean every day and they don't change towels... breakfast is limited to a slice of donut and a dessert... they don't accept ATMs.

The Cat and the Fox

We stayed in Dimora Palmieri for 11 days and it was like feeling at home. A very nice structure in the heart of the historic center, a few steps from the sea, a spacious breakfast with sweets made by the fantastic owner Maria and the delicious cappuccino of her husband Filippo. Their kindness was a constant in this holiday and we felt really cocolated.

Super recommended!

B&B quiet, not very comfortable but central...all in all, since it's not very expensive, for one night you can make it. Healthy moooolto breakfast....okay, for charity, but here, on holiday a healthy slice of biscuit with the nutella is also appreciated 😅... you feel a moment judged if you don't magnify the banana at 9am, okay. Owners so seemingly sociable, even if you arrive from a warm trip and you have to wait a while before you get the room, you expect (from the province d Bari people) to offer you a healthy coffee and a glass of water, instead of nothing. We are so well used to checking that sometimes we forget about the difference from other peoples, their coast, but we don't have anything left in our heart!

I'll be back for one night

The Guesthouse is in a little Street within the old town. The host couple Maria and Fillipo are outstandin nice people. Warm welcome, very personal nice little breakfast spot in front of the B&B. They took care every minute with advice and discount opportunities.
Additionally the street of the Bed and Breakfast is in a quite silent side street but also close to the sea. 
Rooms were very cute and clean with balcony.

I can clearly recommend a stay there and hope to see them again soon.

Our Visit at Fillipo & Maria

A really nice b&b in the beautiful historic centre of monopoly very close to the sea. The strength point? The owners, the people are exquisite, available and very nice!!! Super breakfast with fresh and genuine products, all made at home!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this B&B for 6 nights, and we found ourselves really good! Perfect location: in the middle of the historic center, but still in a secluded and not too noisy area, near the sea, and a supermarket a few minutes walk away. Comfortable rooms: although the space is not huge, yet they are equipped with all the comforts (hood dryer, bathroom set, air conditioner, double pillows, TV).

It's a great stay.

We were contacted beforehand, so that we could match our arrival time. At the check-in we received a lot of information. We felt the owners' heart blood for the first time - fantastic! The room was small but clean and big enough, just as described. The equipment was good including WIFI. Only a refrigerator would have been great. The bathroom is small, which could replace the completely superfluous bids and the toilet would be replaced. The roof terrace is nice, with refrigerated drinks it would be useful. Much breakfast is served with warmth and is very fine! The accommodation is very centrally located, near parking lots are free.
