Like paradise.  Beautiful in every way,  the room, the pool , the view, even the embroidered sheets. The food is delicious.  It is homemade and reasonably priced. 
Everyone was kind and courteous.  Filippo and Emanuella were wonderful, always there to see if we needed anything. We are looking forward to going back.

Such a great little bed and breakfast up on the hill in Monsummano area.  We stayed here by surprise (a friend recommended at the last minute), and were delighted by how nice the owners were to their surprise middle of the night guests.  The place is well cared for and the property is beautiful.  They often have weddings, so the place is set up for elegant parties.

We loved this place!

We met Filippo in 2004 when he just opened this fantastic place. Since then he is one of our favorite places to go when in Tuscany. Great atmosphere, nice taste in arranging each rooms (all differently refurbished). Yummy breakfast and one of the most pleasant and friendly host you can have: we love to stay there! Silent, peaceful and an incredible setting on the hills. You can't go wrong if you chose to stay there.
They not only provide a perfect place to stay but also sell home made jams, olive oil, honey. How to feel at home
