The rooms are very spacious and quiet (although we happened to the weekend of the hunt opening, closing the windows almost didn't feel anything) Mrs Susanna was very kind and solved a problem in a complicated weekend that changed the holiday experience:-) Unico neo, which however depends more on travelers than the staff, plates and pots are to be reviewed as dirty and ruined, but as I said here maybe it's the staff's fault.

Top location and also the comfortable and spacious apartment, except for the unfortunately tiny bathroom. Too bad about the cleanliness. My one and a half year old daughter who lives on the floor was getting really dirty. The shower docking was broken.

I spent a weekend with my perfect family, thanks also to the kind and generous attention of the owner. The apartments are practically downtown.

Weekend to celebrate 50th

Our apartment was spacious, consisting of a double room, bathroom and living room with a cooking corner and sofa-bed. The beds were well made and the sheets were clean and straightened, however the general cleaning left a little bit to be desired: under the furniture and under the bed there was a lot of dirt, as if they had cleaned only where the biscuit was passing; even in the closet where they had to be cleaned (to say, to the floor, to the floor, to the floor, to the floor) and the bathroom to the bottom.

Cleanliness to be Improved

The only positive note of the place is its central location and the parking lot which, however, is quite narrow and if you have a bulky car you most likely do not enter. The owner of the property is one of the most rude people I have ever met. Every time we contacted her she was almost rude, as if she was doing us a favor. She did not provide us with any information about her structure (password wifi, how to turn on the heating and that the parking lot can present problems for large cars). The room is pretty pretty even though the wifi did not work, the shower had the front routes and the covered covers were dirty and full of hair / hair. Absolutely not recommended!!!

We spent one night in this property and the owner assigned us an apartment with a terrace just because we brought our two dogs... she was very nice and kind to them, we ate at home and the cleaning was excellent... kitchen, bathroom and room perfectly clean!

The only good thing about this place is the central location in Montalcino and the parking lot (although the access is uncomfortable and if you have a large car you risk getting stuck and entering). the service and the reception the worst part: * wifi that does not work (among others in the rooms does not even take the cell phone, and talking with the cleaning staff is a problem also for other customers) * room unclean * escortesia of the maid at the reception (unfortunately Lombroso is to rival, both its appearance coincides with the courtesy), absolutely impossible to deal with the public: I asked for a clean towel that was offered and not changed, my towel and the toilet seat has stopped working for half an hour and the toilet seat has stopped working in the right order)

This is a beautiful Palazzo in the heart of Montalcino, with the ability to park onsite - which is rare - so we were very happy! But the room and service were just okay.  We had a room right on the street so could not open our windows without people being able to look in as they walked by.  The room could have definitely used a bit of updating and the shower was so small my husband joked that he had to shower with the soap in his hands because he couldn't even bend down far enough to put it on the floor (there was nowhere else to put it).  The advertisement for the accommodation stated that a buffet breakfast was provided daily but when we went to inquire, were were told that buffet's were not permitted now due to Covid (which I fully understand), but at least offer us a cafe or cornetti! The answer was just NO.  I also think someone could have mentioned it during check-in that breakfast would not be provided given the circumstances.  We have young kids who were hungry and we would have prepared better had we known.

INCREDIBLE location, but the rest was just okay

We stayed here on the occasion of the Brunello Crossing and it is the perfect location to spend time without taking the car in Montalcino. Well furnished and well served apartments from the sinks to the bathroom essentials. Very clean apartment and impeccable underwear. A really advantageous price for the location, considering they also have private parking. The only thing is don't let the chaos of the reception intimidate you.

A very good location in Montalcino.

We liked the location, parking and the size of the apartment only. Bad bathroom! The box was tight and the bottom part was broken. All the water that falls on the side of the box goes through the hole flooding the bathroom. We tried to cover the hole with a towel, but we still flooded the bathroom. It was so tight that my husband burned himself because he couldn't turn around in the box without hitting the water mixer and he didn't have a place to put the soap and shampoo. The drain box was too loud. It took a while to fill. The apartment is on the ground floor and the windows are right on the street. There was a lot of noise in the morning.
