A B&B not to mention beautiful and above all clean and tidy... and Mrs. Maria is super fantastic makes you feel at home the n1.....centre area very quiet a beautiful country that I fell in love with at first sight.........

We were warmly welcomed by Mariolina in her wonderful b&b... Fresh laundry linen linen, impeccable cleaning, many books available. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, from bathroom necessities, to heat fans, minibar, coffee machine, towels in quantity, romantic lusin and finally... breakfast made from donut made by Mariolina, fresh Valdaso fruit, cookies, handmade marmalades... The ideal place for a break from the daily cold, a sense of peace and well-being, all feeling like home but cooking by a guest who, without asking, offers you a quick, perfectly made home fries.

Five stars is not enough.

With friends we stayed In a small village of Montalto delle Marche in this great b&b The rooms are spacious and clean there is a nice room x breakfast with everything you want from the windows there is a beautiful view and if you want to have lunch the nice owner, excellent cook, prepares you a great Marcian lunch

Weekend with friends

During a recent tour with the family in the lower Piceno I spent three days in Montalto delle Marche at the B&B Casannunziata where I had already stayed in the summer of 2018 and of which I had a good memory. I was pleased with the choice as I could find that the changes related to the environment had improved an already excellent situation and everything showed a great deal of attention to order and cleanliness. But I would like to note in particular the feeling of hospitality and care for the satisfaction of the guest that is clear from every detail and that makes us feel at home in a relaxed and great climate, of which I can only thank the bride, Mrs. Mariolina and her family.

B&B in the old part of town, not many rooms, but all cozy, clean and well-kept in the smallest detail.

Holidays

I was in Montalto delle Marche at the beginning of July, together with my sister and my brother-in-law, I stayed overnight at the B&B Casa Annunziata by Mrs. Mariolina. A fantastic, welcoming woman, attentive to all the details, the environments are perfect and very clean. Breakfast is abundant with coffee, cakes, crustaceans and marmalades, all prepared by the lady, then there are nutellines, sweet sandwiches from the place. Exclusive use of a refrigerator where we found fruit and fresh water, then there is also butter x breakfast. There is a coffee machine available with chips. Last night she offered us a spicy, abundant and all the dishes prepared by the lady.

A wonderful vacation.

A perfect place to stay. More then enough room for everyone (4) where there is nothing you would miss out. Maria is the perfect host who makes the best Italian coffee and breakfast! And is there for all the questions you would have. We definately will be back. No reason at all not to!

Lovely place

Every morning Mariolina made us find a rich and always different breakfast. Only for example she went to Offida (country not very close) to pick up the funghetti, typical sweetness of that location and make it find the next morning. And then it is an excellent tourist guide, knows how to direct and indicate the best destinations of the area is also an excellent cook: we have dined with her, or better with her a couple of nights, we have found her Campos maccherononi and ashes but also other attractive dishes are always revealed when we are returning to our olive casks.

Make yourself at home.

We stayed here from Puglia to break the journey home to Turin because having a small child the car hours were too long. When we arrived we found Mariolina an excellent housewife who welcomed us as only a mother can do, we slept in linen sheets (never found in a b&b) and when we woke up the table was packed for a fairy tale breakfast! Surely as soon as there will be an opportunity we will return to Montalto to Casannunziata!!!!
