We found ourselves very well, a ten-minute walk from the sea but in the heart of the Laziale Maremma, immersed in nature... clean and welcoming.

It was a fantastic experience.

Beautiful place, away from the noise a few minutes from the state road, I stopped by for a night on the transfer, the owners were friendly and welcoming, to return with the family, a spacious mini apartment, twice the size of a residence.

Quiet and quiet, to break the transfers.

It was a wonderful experience, total relaxation and excellent hospitality, we had a great time with the owners Giovanna and Benvenuto after a few days it felt like family, well-organized and clean rooms, we hope to be back soon!

10 days of relaxation

The location is located in the municipality of Montalto, very close to Vulci which, needless to say, is one of the Italian sites of world archaeological interest.It is a property of several hectares, very well maintained, with the master house,beautiful, located at the top of a long avenue adorned with olive trees and ornamental plants. Not far away are the apartments that the family rents.All tastefully accessorized.With kitchen and air conditioning, very clean, with private car, garden and water tank outside.

It's a lovely place for an old-time hospitality.

Giovanna and Benvenuto welcome you to an island that is not there where you immerse yourself in the full balance between nature and man, precise values and feelings of well-being that are now disappearing a little everywhere. They know how to recommend places to visit for leisure holidays or to increase the cultural and historical baggage (which we too often overlook) and they know how to point you to the local tractories or restaurants in tune with your way of being without losing the culinary and human roots of the place where you are going. We have expressed the desire and dream that all this cultural heritage of human and territory be preserved by our children and not only because this way it would maintain its most true characteristic: that of being welcomed into a wonderful private property of guests of their holiday. We have gone to their home and we have left them a piece of our heart, but we also know that they want to have a piece of our heart.

Finally, what we were looking for: a charming place rich in varied and well-groomed vegetation, we dared to say  a garden . The reception was very warm, exquisite kindness and exceptional professionalism.

A corner of paradise between the sea and the Maremma.

Very nice place, ideal for families, with a nice barbecue outside for meat or grilled fish lovers, the owner a very sweet and sociable woman, a person you will never forget! We felt at home, we will definitely be back!

Lovely and hospitable!

The farmhouse is situated in the cultivated countryside, a few steps from the Etruscan necropolis of Vulci. You can make numerous excursions to discover Tuscia and the maremma (not to be missed Caprarola, Tarquinia, Tuscania, Viterbo, Capalbio, etc.) The view on the horizon and the star you can admire is unique.

A quiet place

We spent 2 nights in this farmhouse to celebrate my birthday.... an oasis of peace,the kindness and courtesy of the owners does not fear rivals, 2 lovely people ready to meet every need.The spacious apartments with every comfort and above all clean.The farmhouse is in a strategic position both to reach the Terme of Vulci and the archaeological park of Vulci (voucher discount offered by the owners) but also many other places of interest.To absolutely buy the extravertical olive oil produced by the managers, a libidine for the palate.

Just relax.

We decided with 2 other couples to spend a weekend in this beautiful area and we opted for this chosen structure because near Capalbio and the garden of tarot is the reason for this trip. The estate is located 6 km from Montalto in a quiet way to the countryside. The entrance viaduct on two rows of narrow olive trees in a lavender field. Overcoming the owner's home you check in a large environment also used by activities organized by the owners. 3 mini apartments available very cute, well maintained and functional also to organize to eat directly in the estate since they are equipped with cooking corners and a barbecue in the area opposite the small dwellings. Gardens, gardens and flowers are well maintained.
