Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Very well located within walking distance of many nice restaurants. Parking lot available. Beautiful rooftop pool with nice views. Very clean. The city is a great location as a home base for day trips to towns in Tuscany by car or an easy train ride into Florence.
