I was looking for a place that would allow me to recharge after a year of life...and I found it. Far from anything that can distract me, I spent time with my family in an environment that tries to maintain the traditions of the Tuscan countryside but with an eye to modernity. At Catrino you breathe the story of a family, the toil of agricultural work, the solidity of the values of the past.

Injury and injury

We stayed for a week in the Catrino Sud apartment: clean, tidy and equipped with all the necessary facilities. Also, although we were in August, it was pleasantly cool. The swimming pool and outdoor spaces are perfect for those with children or for those who just want to relax. Optimal location for sea and inland. Super welcome from Fausto and Stefano!

Acceptance and relaxation

We stayed 2 days in this quiet farmhouse in the hills 20 km from Volterra and it was really beneficial: the place is very quiet, surrounded by fields of wheat, with a nice lawn and pergoles with tables to eat and a small pool. The apartment is very large (we are in 5), clean and well furnished. Great kindness and availability from Fausto, the owner who also recommended us a great place to go to eat in the surroundings! It is the ideal accommodation as a base for visiting wonderful cities and villages like Volterra, Siena, San Gimignano, but also for a relaxing village!

An oasis of peace!

Four wonderful days. Beautiful, cozy and clean rooms. The atmosphere is family friendly and warm, great breakfast and remarkable kindness of the owners. I loved the pool area not so much for the pool but for the barbecue, where you spend hours without worrying. You'll be fine.

We've known this delicious place for many years now, run by native and passionate people, the carefully renovated and gracefully furnished apartments, the pleasant Dehor with exclusive use of the swimming pool, the snacks with finocchiona and the hand-baked bread at the sink, so much nostalgia, we'll do everything we can to get back to it as soon as possible.

We stayed 15 days in August 2013 the farmhouse and immersed in the Tuscan countryside but in the center of everything!!! For our holidays on a motorbike and was the perfect base as perfect the apartment (provided with all the lingerie with weekly change) and the courtesy of the owners(dwell above) that made us feel right at home.If you don't want to go to the beach(only 20km and 30km from the famous white beaches)in agriturismo there is a beautiful swimming pool with solarium in fact to spend hours in total relaxation, a playground for children with slide and altalene and a bar available to guests for guests at the open air!!!!! the Berbecue property and the ideal to get away from the whole area of the farmhouse and the beautiful beaches.

Morena and Nando we felt at home

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children, and we have been to agritourism several times already (our last trip was in the summer of 2012). This agritourism is located in the countryside away from mass tourism; however, it is very easy to reach the big cities (Volterra, Siena,...) and you can get to Florence in 1h15' maximum via the Tuscan countryside. The owners of the house are very friendly, very discreet, and available on demand. The main house has two large apartments located on the ground floor, the rooms are spacious, and the family room is huge. One in 4 people is very comfortable. Even in the summer, the rooms remain very cool. The house has a large clean swimming pool and an outdoor dining area, and many restaurants are very convenient in the countryside.
