Since we were a group of fourteen people with a strong interest in food and cooking, she not only conducted "hands-on" cooking classes for us, but also arranged trips to a balsamic vinegar production site, local wine tasting, a visit to a parmesan and ricotta cheese producer, and also to a saffron grower, The hotel is located in the hills of Farneta and has a bar, sauna, hot tub, exercise room, outdoor tennis court, bocce, children's play area and walking in nearby woods. The Costi family are gracious hosts. If you enjoy quiet and beautiful surroundings with friendly people and excellent food, Al Ciocco will not disappoint.
