I really loved our few days here: it is such a restful and nourishing experience to settle into the beautiful countryside of Tuscany. We walked in the ancient woods, cooled in a river pool, learned about the organic agriculture and woodcraft practiced here. The delicious food Nora prepared for us was the best and most authentic I have had in Italy, and top fun was the pizza lesson: with great generosity in their use of time, the family fired up the original built-in oven, and we all got our hands in the pastry! There us plenty to visit in the neighborhood, ( Abbey of San Galgano ) also energetic walks, serene time in the garden and by the pool. I would go back there: thank you to the whole family.
