We had a really enjoyable morning ride in the countryside with Della Rosa stables. I went with my 2 teenage daughters and was a bit nervous as I hadn’t ridden a horse for over 20 years. Sandra was really helpful and friendly and spoke some English. The horses were calm and gentle and we went down quiet country lanes and footpaths. It was a wonderful experience being in nature. 
Sandra sent us some photos of the ride and we stabled the horses afterwards. My girls loved it and now want to do more horse riding at home!

Great horse riding excursion

A good location, only 5 minutes by car from the beautiful "Lido Venere", the seaside resort where me and my family spent a wonderful week. The sea there is really crystal-clear. The holiday complex is wide and  provided with a farm house. The staff is very nice and friendly. The cooking is very good. The quality of the food is excellent. Breakfast is quite rich, there are  lots of delicious cakes every day. The only blemish is the very low service at the restaurant for dinner. The wait  can be very long on Fridays and Saturdays

A holiday by the sea with the peace of the countryside

recommended by a friend we stayed for almost 2 weeks in late August and September 2012 and it turned out to be the best choice we made. The hospitality of the family and their staff was overwhelming, we felt more like friends than paying guests. Located a little bit outside the busy beach area of Torre Vado the Hotel Delle Rose offers a quiet location for recreation in a wonderful ambience. The rooms are spacy and airconditioned. Daily cleaning is perfect and if you have special requests, everybody is busy to fulfill your desires.
the restaurant is one of the best ever visited in Italy. On a large patio the kitchen crew offers a different choice of local food (of course handmade pasta) every evening. Slow food par excellence.  Anitpasti a la delle Rose (9 different small dishes served one after the other) is a full and excellent dinner, maybe followed by a delicious fresh fish or an excellent pizza and crowned by a fabulous dessert.
this was the first time, we did not seek for dinner recommendations  during our holidays. it was no question where we will have dinner. 
All this for a really reasonable price.
