I'm sincere, I expected much more. The Borgo is in an optimal position: not far from Leuca and the Maldives of Salento. It would take very little to make a monolocal of this kind a dream! For example, instead of a shower tent, you might think of a glass that has the same rotating but aesthetically pleasing effect. Borgo has everything you might need: shelves and a cupboard, a TV, a kitchen with everything else in it and a huge bathroom, but all furnished in a very minimal way.

Relaxing location... but neglected.

The place itself is nice and quiet in the countryside, but the premises are neglected. Nightmare bed, uncomfortable to break my back, bathroom and dirt and broken coverwater, every time I sat down I went to the right and left, shower bracket held with insulating tape, lamp wire arranged with insulating tape, table bench in the pool area split into 2, barbecue grills unusable because they're stacked. But the worst thing is that under the bed covers there was a piece of glass that we cut ourselves with and obviously no first aid box is available.

Nice location but very neglected.

The outdoor setting is really very nice and nice. The pool is superb. However, we were disappointed with the apartment and the service. The apartment lacks equipment for a long stay (no place to store your belongings, any small coffee shop, no torches and no minimum of condiments in the kitchen). In addition, the walls of the houses are bitten by mold due to the humidity quite high. Necessity of ventilating the apartment every day for several hours. Then, if you are looking for rest it is finally not the best place to find it. We hear everything that goes on in the terrace and the fridge and make a mess of it by intermittently providing the neighbors with accommodation. To sleep this has been completed. We have never had to make contact with the neighbors during our stay, but we have not had to make contact with other people. But we have to make sure that we have access to information about the living area, but we have not been able to make contact with them.

Staying in half a shade

Acknowledgement is the key word. A very nice location to which Mrs. Luce's hospitality and extraordinary kindness are added. We really felt at home.

It feels like home!

We stayed 2 nights in these tiny, trullo style two-bedroom apartments that are really beautiful on the outside, but inside the comfort is really few or nonexistent and this is not justifiable given the substantial amount paid for. Small kitchen and bedroom are in the same room and the other room consists only of the bathroom with a flatless shower and a simple curtain that hangs on when you wash (which I personally hate).

Nice, relaxing, but something to improve on.

I've only been staying at this place for two days and I've been fine... the room, a single room, equipped and ordered. but the top is the whole structure, a place immersed in nature, well kept, clean, ordered and quiet despite the many guests.

We booked with the last-minute formula and were pleasantly impressed by the price and quality of the service offered.

We just finished a week in this Salentino village... my wife and I were very well received from the very beginning.

The last night was a beautiful full moon, we saw it very well from the verandah, enjoying the sounds of the surrounding countryside.

Well restored village, making the best use of the local stone in every part of the structure, reworking it. Careful and capable staff, very spacious apartments, well furnished and very clean.
