This place is really recommended-we booked 3 nights and unfortunately tomorrow we leave.

The room we have has good space, is very clean and light. It has a fridge and a fan - no aircon. It’s around 30-32 degrees now in June at the moment but the room is not hot and can be well ventilated in the night (22 degrees) so I don’t miss the aircon.
The bathroom is also nice, good space and newly decorated.

The breakfast prepared by the owners is big, very delicious and contains homemade food-highly recommended!

The patio is lovely, very quiet and beautiful with direct access to the beach. At this time, the beach is empty - it’s beautiful and very clean.

At some times in the day and the evening, you hear some music, karaoke and Animators bla bla from a big hotel nearby. For us it’s ok, it’s rather funny - but just want to remark that it’s not quiet 24h a day and it stops around 10pm. So plenty quiet time for sleep left:)

In the afternoon/early evening, mosquito spray is highly recommended when being outside. When you look at the map, here is a big kind of lake nearby which is a perfect nursery for mosquito. But it’s nature and you can prepare yourself.
In the room is an electronic anti mosquito device.

Last but not least, here are two cute and calm dogs and two beautiful cats. They rather stay away from the guests, so not annoying or something to be scared of.

I would definitely return if there is a chance, as this type of Hotel/B&B is really unique with the fantastic location.

Lovely Place 

As a traveler, if you ever are lucky enough to come across a comfortable, affordable place right on ( and not across the road from ) a beautiful beach, you jump on it right away. That is the situation with Mirto E Mare. Nestled in the dunes back from an uncrowded, undeveloped beach, it is the kind of holiday destination you rarely are lucky enough to find. This B and B boasts a large terrace overlooking the sea and a direct path to a classic wild beach. The owners, Elena and Mauro, could not be more friendly or helpful. The breakfasts feature fruit fresh from the garden, and the best yogurt and coffee you are likely to find anywhere. We are not particularly great dog lovers, but the resident pooches, Steve and Peggy, won our hearts with their friendly and laid-back manner. You will need a car to appreciate this property, but you need one anyway to see all that Sardinia has to offer, and this is a good location from which to base an exploration of the southeast of the island.All in all, highly recommended.
