Good surprise for this hotel where we spent 4 nights. rather clean and spacious room, common bathroom very small but proper. Emmanuel is very nice and arranging. We had a room on the course so very quiet. Lunch outside in a bar (leopoldo) which is very pleasant because there are no time restrictions. For 41€ a night + small dej, you can hardly have better I think.

Perfect for the price.

My husband and I and my two children have spent three days in this New Year's Eve facility, which is very cozy and strategically located to reach the various parts of the city and is certainly appreciated for the kindness and willingness of Emanuele, the owner.

Great availability!

A spacious, modern and clean room, comfortable beds, in the center of Naples, next to Via Toledo, we got very well priced, 120€ for two nights and three people, including breakfast in the next bar.The owner, kind, helped us with everything he could, to collect and deliver keys, with the breakfasts and to leave the suitcases on the last day.

Cheap, comfortable, but leave the window open.

Our room at B&B Dreaming of Naples was very nice, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, between the historic center and the bay, a few steps from all the main attractions, even on foot. Very close to the metro station in Via Toledo. Emanuele was excellent: very kind, polite, patient and very available throughout the stay. He patiently suggested to us attractions, restaurants and venues of all kinds. We were really good that we felt sorry to leave. Highly recommended! Gergana Angelova & I Lambova.

That's really great!

Comfortable and quiet rooms, perfect location for walking to the historic center and not only (it is also close to the port and, since the islands are quickly accessible, it might be interesting to take a stroll).

This B&B is located in a strategic location, in the heart of Naples, from which you can easily reach the main attractions on foot. The Toledo subway is only 5 minutes' walk away. The room where we stayed overnight was cozy and spacious and Emanuele the owner was always very available and kind. On arrival he welcomed us providing us with a myriad of information and directions to visit the city in the best way and so it was. Excellent quality/price ratio. When we return to Naples we will again choose 'Dreaming of Naples' Emiliana and Jessica

The b&b is located in a very strategic location. We were in Naples for 6 days and we found ourselves very well. A few meters away is the metro station and the SpaccaNapoli area. The room was comfortable and clean, sheets scented with fresh, comfortable and complete bathroom. Excellent quality-price ratio. The owner is very available, he gave us very useful advice on places to visit and where to eat. We will definitely come back... saying: it was a perfect holiday.

I highly recommend it!

Convent location but disappointing   as owner fantastic and helpful. Everything you needed and did what we needed. Lighting needed sorting out! Eventhough we had shared bathroom there was no problems . Breakfast was off site but very nice at a lovely shop within walking distance.

The B&B is in very good location. Close to everywhere, few steps to Toledo Station and few nimutes to Dante Station. Many shops around. The room was very spacious. One double bed, one single and a sofa. A big wardrobe and a little fridge. The room also had a balcony with a table a two chairs as on the photo. Room was clean as well as the bathroom. The host Emanuele very welcoming and very helpful. Showed us all the nice places on the map. Always available on the phone and in person. U get little tickets for breakfast. There is one bar downstairs and one around the corner(Leopoldo). Both places offers nice coffee and tasty crossaints. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely stay

Very central location, nice and clean place and a very welcoming host. We'd recommend it! Easy to find, with a little piazza right at the corner. Emmanuele was a very helpful in indicating places to go, to eat.
