This is a very nice little B and B for the price. Stayed 3 nights. We enjoyed the location, being right on the Piazza Dante and steps away from the Metro. The piazza can be quite loud at night, but we were not disturbed in the least in our room. The air conditioning worked wonderful and the room was tidy and clean. I would suggest having a clear picture of where to find this hotel or you may have a little trouble. It is in plain view, but still a little hidden. I would also suggest staying away from the restaurants in the piazza, as we were warned of this and glad we were. There is a WONDERFUL pizza restaurant right down the little cobblestone street from the hotel. Go out the door and make a right and it's close to the top of the little hill (can't remember the name at the moment, but it's always packed - so easy to find). I would recommend this B and B if staying in Naples.
