Royal Continental Hotel Naples 

We stayed in classic rooms as we are a family of 4 (2a, 2 teenagers). Upon arrival we contacted the hotel to request if the rooms could be near each other, we were pleased to see they were next door to each other. The rooms were spacious and cleaned everyday. Each room had a small balcony which looked out towards the hotel next door but did still have a partial sea view. The hotel's location was a good spot for restaurants and bars and a short walk into the town and to the ferry terminal (all of these were within a 25 min walk). We did notice the taxi rank around the corner but we chose to walk. The staff were very helpful and polite in all areas, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast had lots of choice (inc having a cup of tea with cold milk, available on request) and was well stocked and spacious tables with some overlooking the sea and castle. The hotel was quiet and clean with air con throughout, with the exception of the rooftop bar. The staff created a welcoming atmosphere. The pool was a lovely place to spend a couple of hours to cool down. Booking in advance is essential if you want a sun lounger on the upper deck, with a charge of 5 euro each. This hotel isn't the cheapest in Naples but it does offer value for money and we would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends and family.
