Great b&b with a nice, not to mention fantastic structure, spectacular view of the Vesuvius, clean and tidy room, customer service is very kind, friendly and reliable.

It's a great b&b.

The owner, an elegant lady from Naples, is very nice and talkative, the rooms are spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is excellent: cakes made by the excellent lady, as well as her marmalades, the moka coffee is always present, the quality/price ratio is excellent, the location is good, near Mergellina (bus 151). Bella is also the promenade along the Caracciolo seafront where, in about 20 minutes, you can reach the Castel dell'Ovo and all the beachside restaurants.

For our business we often host clients from abroad and having lots of friends we do a bit of walking around people in various facilities....and I happened to run into this poor, fatigued and run by two people with little to say gypsies and no education. They think that having some tutyo property is allowed to them..the owner authorized by her company are dictated to drive away customers..they are the shame of the hostile ladies...they have no education or ways to interact with people.The reviews I read are true....you are far from this location...and booking or TripAdvisor should check where they send their followers....to avoid, they are not even worthy of my vote.and around the world I've never met 2 people...but they should be much better off than that...but they should be very much better off than Naples.

To be Avoided

We stayed 3 nights in March, a distinct experience. El Bed & Breakfast operates in a very old building with a single entrance with a huge gateway to Madera, is on a 2nd floor by elevator and the rooms on the 3rd by staircase. It is serviced by its owner and his assistant. The property is like being in the early 1900s, for breakfast homemade jams, coffee, juices like in your home, wondering about the time and whether the room is sweet or salty. The decoration of the season, the rooms feature Balcón and views of the Bahía y el Vesubio el Cerro. It has a great Wifi access, a 5 Min is the train station that connects you to the Garibaldi metro line, and no station. It is something traditional, comfortable, but without any doubts.

Something different!

I hope that the response from the Management to this review is based on a less shaky and more educated attitude than the one we received, without any justification, on the spot. Some examples? As soon as we arrived... we were asked in a rude tone and several times what kind of tourism we had come to Naples.

Weight

I've found myself very well, large and clean rooms, a safe and cozy place, the area is quiet and the owner is phenomenal, even the lady who makes the house clean is very available for every need

The house is very large, the large rooms and comfortable beds. Zina the lady who is in the house very kindly cheerful but above all keeps the house very clean and tidy. Perfect position fantastic view and Zina makes a difference. Only sin a little extra maintenance.

Absolutely perfect.

We lived in a beautiful b&b in an old house that looks like a museum. An elderly lady, in her 82nd year, keeps this b&b and a huge house on the Ischia, but the house is already hard to pull. Our first meeting was on a mixture of Italian and French.

B&B in an old house

We had the double room, which was clean and spacious. The bathroom was big and contained a bath tub. 

The apartment of the owner is very spacious and impressive, like the building it is located in (some old palace-like building). Lift directly to the apartment. 

The breakfast is very rich and of high quality, various drinks and very good coffee/tee. 

The owners very welcoming, helped us out. Although communication was sometimes difficult with the person in charge (no English), the landlord spoke several languages.

Very good stay in a Napoli palace

This is an old (1600's?) Ducal palace in which it's said the first earl of shaftesbury died in around 1712, so loads of history! Many quaint features including a tiny lift but clean and comfortable accommodation and a friendly welcome from the manageress.
Short walk to Metro and to Chaia shops.
Shower needs some contortions if you're big, but the view of Vesuvius from our room balcony was stunning as was the bay of Naples.
