We stayed at Masseria Scianne for a couple of days during our roadtrip in southern Italy - which turned out to be one of the best experiences of our entire trip! A local hidden gem - masseria turned into guest rooms with stone walls and period features, a courtyard shaded by palm trees and geraniums, and the most friendly & welcoming hosts ever... They also grow their own vegetables and fruits in the same land - two nights a week the hosts cook a delicious Italian dinner, all from local produce. Best homemade pasta we had throughout the whole trip, with the freshest tomato and basil. A long table of locals dining & chatting, good wine, great food - staying there simply felt like a Woody Allen riviera movie in warm colours. Highly recommended!
