We arrive at the structure and we are informed that the rooms have been renovated recently: the room opens onto the common hallway via a sliding doorway from the interior (which obviously does not allow any kind of soundproofing). The room has a window door next to the bed, which looks more like a window considering the downside on the street, and given the absence of curtains we are forced to be literally slumped inside.

Disappointing

: pro cleaning versus: unavailable staff (restaurant staff), tiny room/bathroom that were on the street, door without security, zero soundproofing, breakfast not as in photos but in their bar (café-cornetto), fridge unconnected (why do you put it if then there are no adapters?), cracked shower dish and sink and mold in the shower doors, wobbly bidet, leaving the broken ceilings and the lamp with 1 lamp lit on 6.

At least it was clean.

Essential but clean rooms equipped with everything necessary, what you need you can ask for by solving quickly. I read very negative reviews as if they rated a 5*superior, the family driving is also engaged in the side restaurant pizza bar so they may not be very reactive but, asking, we always had an answer. The bar at the breakfast has brioches and croissant, depending on availability other products. Good pizza and good the restaurant with some pleasant surprises such as fish on the grill or lingine with very good crust.

Pleasant discovery

I'm a travel consultant who loves to explore different accommodation facilities to be able to offer customers a wide range of last-minute solutions, I would like to imagine being able to relax and not run into surprises, but above all I love to visit and observe the entire tourism industry to be able to offer real and reliable descriptions to customers or friends who ask me for travel advice. The Internet is very often misleading, and who has little time to enjoy the holidays and finds himself having to choose a last-minute solution, we would like to imagine being able to relax and not run into surprises.

To be avoided altogether

Clean, new, comfortable, breakfast at the adjacent bar but with breathtaking sea view right in front of the Squillace Tower, excellent quality/price ratio, friendly and full relaxation, the sunset sea has given us exciting colors

A Night of Travel

As soon as we arrived we waited for 45 minutes in a room with no air conditioner or ventilator with an outside temperature of 40 degrees...without anyone offering us a glass of water or snow. We took a photocopy of the documents and welded and told us that the room we chose was occupied by other people and that they would put us overnight in a smaller room and move us the next day.

I'm going to avoid it.

We have been to this B&B , due to the good location and the vicinity to great beaches and landmarks in Salento.
The rooms are simple but nice and clean, even due they should require some little maintenance; the staff is very friendly and helpful, always available for any request.
Breakfast is fair, you can get more food just asking to the manager.
We recommend this place if you’d like to have a real and local experience in Salento.
Price we paid was fair for the season.

Alternative vacation

We were in this facility at the end of June 2019, beautifully discovered excellent location, clean and well-finished rooms, the very kind owners Pina and Sandro satisfied us for every need we traveled with two children, maximum freedom to move or stay there having a fantastic beach and the restaurant of excellent level, we will return.

Relax.

We stayed a few days and the cleaners don't know what it is. Room smells bad and dirty everywhere... on the floor and bathroom... discounted breakfast food and dead flies in the middle of the food... to close the circle, booking made and printed and at the time of the bill, they try to charge us DOPIO! Never again.

Cheaters and Dirty People

I booked a couple's stay for August 2017 at this property via Booking.com at the price of 190e for 4 nights. When I made the booking regularly I am immediately contacted by the property, which warns me that the aforementioned cost was related to the current month and for this reason on the dates I chose I would have to pay a sum of 146e per night for a total of 584e. I am also being rudely instructed by the property owner to cancel the booking and if I had not done so he would not have hosted me (.) on the reserved dates.
