Beautiful and very clean structure. Equipped with all the comforts. Panoramic terraces on the sea, even for breakfast. Mattress and pillows really dream. Very useful swimming pool to weather the days spent in the heat. Super close to the center of the village. Small suggestions: - I would expand the space of the breakfast buffet and put more genuine and typical foods of the Sicilian tradition - I would add some extra toilet products - I would install a roof in the attic to preserve the guest from bringing dirt into the room (...) Recommended.

Located in front of the sea but 2 steps from the very central pedestrian zone of Marzamemi, Delightful new structure that offers all the comforts, including a beautiful swimming pool and car park, for a dream vacation.

Structure of the dream

It happens very rarely that I do a review while I'm still staying in a hotel but I'm feeling really good. The rooms are very new and very clean in a manic way. The common areas smell clean. Congratulations to the cleaners. The girls at the reception are very polite and professional. A great breakfast to eat on a fantastic sea view terrace. And then the pool kept always clean and usable by our customers. They also have a very private parking space because of the lack of parking in Marzamemi. The B&B is 5 minutes walk from the city center. In short, if you go to Marzameni you can't stay here.

The first time in Marzamemi.

The title of my review is not put to bed: in fact we came to the area together with several families who did not find a place here and booked in other facilities, also renowned. Well all agreed in saying that ours was the best! Only to have the interior parking matched to the room (and in August it is a precious commodity in Marzamemi!) Located in front of the beach with two very convenient edges for those like us traveling with a small child. Delicious swimming pool available to guests (and also this I don't think is common thing for b&b). Excellent breakfast with ample delicious cakes and artifacts. Very personal. Even when during the week there was presented a small inconvenience (man of water) the courtyard property is operated for so short a time and can't help it in some way!

The best B&B in the area for detachment!

Excellent structure well maintained and maintained. Recently renovated with good quality materials. The furniture is modern and functional. Comfortable mattress and pillows (not the usual thin pillows) The cleaning is really done (not only the bed is remodeled....) The staff is kind and welcoming, as well as the owner (he allowed us to use the pool and bathrooms even after the end of our stay) Excellent and varied breakfast (home made sweets, packaged snacks, fruits, salads... in short) Really recommended

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful building from July 12 to 15, 2022. It has everything you want: cozy, clean, tastefully furnished, comfortable and functional. I particularly appreciated the marine theme of the furnishings, the interior parking, the strategic location on the sea and a few steps from the center. The room is beautiful, spacious and with a delicious balcony on which we would stay the night before bed. The breakfast was good and for all tastes, especially one could enjoy on the pleasant terrain with views. A lovely Vanessa who cocked us with a thousand attentions.

It's perfect!

We spent three days in this new, clean and sea-fronted facility. A beautiful swimming pool that offers pleasant dining after a day at the sea, much appreciated by our children. Why not give a maximum score then? Simply because a few small precautions are in my opinion missing. To make an excellent facility I would like to find in the morning buffet (full of salt and sweet) the possibility of drinking a coffee not of the machine and some typical products (besides tomatoes and olives), maybe some baked goods and fresh structure, which one in three mornings there was replaced by long-baked panes.

Three days at sea

The newly built B&B is located on the promenade 3 minutes' walk from the centre of Marzamemi. It has a very useful indoor parking space that provides a car-by-room space, a swimming pool has given us pleasant moments of relaxation. Competent and attentive staff. The rooms are new, tidy and well maintained, breakfast is planned in autonomy but offers practically everything that can be served without overdoing. A small neo that does not however affect my overall assessment: the bathroom towel doors are cylinders of about 3 cm (with a small drainage) that protrude horizontally from the tiles, they are elegant but very little functional as all the dryers as soon as they are supported easily fly away by falling on the floor that can not be properly cleaned (the reference point to the Maree).

New, also elegant and welcoming

It's the fifth year we've spent a few weekends at the tides... to say the least... cozy rooms, order and cleanliness... breakfast on the beautiful sea view terrace... always kind and available staff... recommended to friends.

Just relax.

We couldn't think of a better location, a few meters from the charming Marzamemi square, excellent cleaning and new furnishings, swimming pool and indoor parking, we'll definitely be back and recommend it.
