Excellent location, fantastic place for absolute relaxation near the most beautiful beaches in the area. A very family friendly welcome from Laura and her family. Excellent breakfast service with the lovely Rossella. Another positive note is the beautiful swimming pool overlooking the vineyards. Highly recommended for a relaxed holiday!

Charming place.

First of all, a compliment to Lauretta and her father Michele. Very kind and available. A welcome I have never received yet travelled a lot. The location is excellent and nothing is lacking. It has a wonderful location one kilometer from the provincial road where you can safely reach all the most beautiful beaches. Simple rooms without television and very cool. Provided with a comfortable outdoor patio.

That's a great solution.

We stopped by accident, because of the bad weather, we didn't stay but we tasted their wine very good quality ratio excellent price, two days later we came back with the rest of the party it was worth it, Laura is a very nice girl, prepared with great enthusiasm makes you feel comfortable a real pleasure to listen to her... to consider for the next vacation in Sicily

This is a summary of the results of the survey.

And a good B&B with a nice swimming pool and good service. You can pay however only in cash or with a transfer (but you obviously need to have an internet banking and remember the passwords!). I find this absurd in 2021! Not everyone goes around with hundreds of euros in cash and, frankly, from a B&B/hotel facility I expect at least they accept ATMs or credit cards. I wonder how they do with foreigners. For the rest the stay and state is more than satisfactory.

The farmhouse is situated in a beautiful vineyard, and is strategically positioned to visit the cities of art and the beaches of southeastern Sicily. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and have a small patio in front.

Just relax.

I would like many of these real agritourism where the diversity of our agriculture is produced. The structure is located in a strategic area for visiting the most beautiful and baroque area of Sicily or the Tour de Montalbano. A few kilometers away. the fabulous unspoiled beaches of Vendicari nature reserve, to indulge until sunset.

Vacation for travellers

We stayed in this facility from 12 to 16 August 2019. The facility was recently renovated and is really beautiful, besides being a suggestive location in the countryside. It is located a few minutes' drive from Marzamemi and the beaches, but it is in my opinion perfect to relax and enjoy sea and villages together. It is really a magic place to wake up in the morning with the peace that encompasses this place and go back in the evening after a day in the chaos of the beaches. The reception of Alessia and her husband, Giuseppe, is really perfect! We arrived at a time when the room was not yet ready, but they offered us to drink and showed us with a handbag all the places and the sweet carriages, the restaurants in the basement of the house.

Oasis of peace.

We stayed at this facility for 6 nights, and I begin by saying that the reception was very cold not to mention the departure (we insisted to greet), perhaps due to the lack of experience in the tourism field. Room services are scarce, no TV, no fridge bar, scarce bathroom kits (we have been left without toilet paper for 2 times) the same soap used for 6 days. The facility offers you a cooking service in the sense that you can cook in an outdoor area equipped with an overpriced pot kit (avoid charging for this service considering the price of the room). The facility itself is not bad apart from the entrance area and parking still under renovation. Complete the quality of the pool.

Highs and lows!

The location is really nice: both for the renovation of the premises, and for the freezing pool, and for the peace of the location. Nevertheless, these are the only satisfactory aspects. The treatment was generally cold; also, when we had a problem with the discharges, we were attached and treated in a very rude way by the owner. The services are non-existent as already reported by other users: no TV, no fridge bar, no replacement set of courtesy. The breakfast is scarce and not relaxing (you feel observed all the time): only fruits and sweets are offered (objectively good and made at home), but there is nothing salty and the dishes are not replaced, so at 09:00 p.m. It's almost a shame because it's almost worth considering the quality of the structure.

Nice location but poor reception and services

I stayed in this property for two nights, and I start this review by saying that it's worth it! Suggestive structure, immersed in a magnificent vineyard; completes the description with a beautiful swimming pool. Nothing to take away from the structural part, worthy of praise only. The sad note: considering the price of the property is 150 euros per night, the services (quality/price ratio) have been really poor. Each room is devoid of refrigerators and TVs (the story of the noise I'm sorry doesn't pass... otherwise we should do the paternal at the Ritz).
