This is a small family run hotel. High up the hillside with wonderful views down the valley. The rooms are good and adequate. The area is for walkers and the family are extremely helpful in suggesting walks depending upon your ability. The half board option is the one to go for. The farther is the one who provides the food. The breakfasts are outstanding with plenty of choice to sustain you for a day of walking. The evening meals are superb very varied, there is little choice but the evening menu is offered at breakfast time so that if anything is unacceptable an alternative can be offered
