Came here when our car broke down. Simona at the restaurant was extremely helpful, she helped us call a cab and helped us get back to our hotel. She called multiple cab companies and spoke to them in Italian for us. We sat and had wine while waiting for the cab and it was some of the best wine I've had. 

Very friendly staff

We came upon this place in search of a nice and calm agriturismo where to spend the weekend. It is authentic with its architecture. Has a nice little yard to relax and for kids play, as well as a small swimming pool. The staff are exceptionally friendly! As we had a baby, they not only gave us a device to warm up the milk in the room, but always were asking in advance if we wish they prepare anything for the little one. I have once asked them and they did a soup of vegetables from their garden. Exceptional!!! The menu in the restaurant is simple, but all dishes are delicious. The surroundind is lovely. You see around only wineyards which relaxes you a lot. Will definitely consider going back.

Relaxing weekend

This is a really nice place, tucked away amidst the vineyards of the Gavi. It's neat and tidy, completely without pretense, and the staff are lovely. The food was locally produced and excellent, the room immaculate. It represents really good value, so all in all highly reccomended.

Hidden gem

It was our first stop on the way to gran sasso Italy on motorbikes. Charming landscape, away from the city and highway traffic, relaxing athmosphere. They expected 3 persons (2 adults, 1 child) and changed the booked room immediately after arrival to a spaceous 2 bedroom suit, realizing that 3 motorbikers arrived. Flexible and very customerfriendly! Excellent real italian food, 3 course menu in the evening and a good breakfast in the morning. That's what we expected. Arriving, take a swim to clean of the dust of the road, park the bikes and enjoy life with no need to move the bikes anymore. We can highly recommend this place.

Perfect lodging in charming surroundings

Fresh food, very quiet environment, outdoor pool, off the beaten tracks. Rosanna and her team are great hosts, very helpful and open, they trust their guests. Rooms are simply furnished (which is enough), big enough and have a nice view across the vineyards. One recommendation: avoid charging your guests for their morning cappuccino - it is Italy. Overall, a place to come back.

Nice agriturismo with outdoor pool and surounded by vineyards - excellent service

It's a nice property situated amongst vines as far as the eye can see. It's very quiet at night as there are no big roads around which is a definite plus cause we found quite a few agriturismos to be near roads, probably for better access but with the never ceasing hum of a road in the distance. The rooms are a bit dated and a bit noisy, but it's clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. There's a restaurant but only open a few days of the week, nothing too fancy but I could eat there any day of the week. There's a small pool (didn't use it as it was quite chilly) and the courtyard is very nice to relax, read a book and have a glass of their very good white wine while the kids can playing safely. I always appreciate it when establishments like these sell their own wines, chilled and for farm prices so you don't feel like you're bing ripped of like with a regular minibar. We've had far less enjoyable wines for more at other agriturismos. The owner is really friendly and welcoming, the response on e-mails was very good and the children beds were at no extra cost (again, very good as the average 10/15 euro for a babycot is a rip-off given the investment). 

If there's one thing they should do better it's to try to show a bit more trust. When the owner is not around, they close of the restaurant part with a sign saying there's a alarms and video surveilance. This means you can't borrow basic kitchen stuff like glasses, plates, oil etc. or get yourself a bottle of their wine (we bought ourselves a picknick dinner expecting to buy another bottle of their excellent wine and use some basic kitchen stuff, but it was closed off). We've been to agriturismos where they just let you use stuff and write down your drinks, I think the average agriturismo-crowd will not take advantage of such a system and it makes you feel a bit more welcome.

All in all I would come back when I'm around.
