We stayed one night here and we loved it! The room was clean. Great bed. Good shower. Warm room, we were here in winter. Good wifi. Location was a 5 minute walk to the beach. The host (Gabriele) was very nice. Breakfast was fine. Small cakes, cereal, yoghurt, bread, honey, and he made us a great cappuccino and cafe. Easy to drive to. Free parking. There is a deck that overlooks the water as well. We HIGHLY recommend this place. And it was affordable. We speak English, but do do not speak great Italian (but are trying) but there was no problem as Gabriele helped us. He also recommended a great seafood restaurant in the town main square.

The location it's great in the monte Conero area ( one the most beautiful location on the Adriatic coast), B&B it is nice, clean, all new and warm atmosphere. I do suggest this spot as price are really affordable and quality it's worth every single cents. I love it  

Clean and so newly refurbished 

We had a wonderful two nights at Vivere il Mare, it was exactly what we where looking for after arriving in Rome.  The location to the beach was perfect and walking distance to Numana and Sirolo both great villages that we enjoyed.  Although everything was closed down which was a little disappointing this was no reflection on this great bed and breakfast

Clean, modern and good location

We stayed just one night in Numana. Unfortunately it was very foggy, so the views of the beach etc were not great! The B&B is very new with nice wooden floors and spacious rooms. The bathrooms are clean and modern. Shame we didn't stay longer and have better weather as we could have used the roof top terrace! The B&B is very secure with locked gates and overlooking the beach, but only visible from the roof terrace! Breakfast was ok, basic, but with homemade cakes etc.
