I'm extending the b&b for work and I have to say that I have hardly found a better place than this. The kindness and availability of the owner Manuela, make it unique and perfect. Also the quality of the room and bathroom well equipped with all the comforts, cleanliness and common spaces make it unique in its kind. I highly recommend it both for work and for holidays!! Gianni

Availability and kindness top

Manuela welcomes guests with kindness. The bathrooms are clean and elegant. The breakfast is varied and with a healthy eye: I found, for example, dried fruit and different types of tea something unusual. They also made a gym corner with some tools that I really enjoy travelling a lot. The B&B is really neat and clean. I recommend both for business travel and for pleasure. I found containers for differentiated harvesting and the owner told me that the heating is also biomass. Very satisfied. I will definitely come back.

Kindness cleaning with an eye to the environment.

The room was spacious and there was also a bathroom, which was in the hallway, just for us. The hostess was very attentive, wishing to help us. The breakfast, moderate but sufficient, and we were able to have it very early autonomously when we had to go very early. The coffee was very good and varied. On the contrary, it is on the outskirts of the village, in a rather lonely block. If you have a car, no problem, but still for us it was not pleasant.

I've been here for a contest, the owner is available and kind, she's resting well, I recommend it, pretty close to downtown, classic breakfast, original furniture, available and kind owner.

Accommodation at the Cuckoo

Beautiful location, very very quiet, impeccable cleanliness and very nice owner! Well insulated rooms from the outside (quiet and perfect temperature) and beautifully spacious. For our puppy there were already two buckets ready, one already full of water:)

Very quiet and very clean

I stayed in this B&B for 3 nights in July 2018. I liked the fact that it is located a bit outside the city centre in a quiet area. My room was clean and peaceful. Breakfast was good. There is also a wide variety of teas to choose from. Just one thing to note: it takes around 20 minutes to reach the centre of Nuoro by walk. For me this was not a problem and I enjoyed the walk. Manuela was very friendly and professional.

Clean and quiet

It was the first stop of our trip to Sardinia, and Manuela welcomed us with great kindness and willingness, and the location is very comfortable with a self-service breakfast, but very well organized.

Arriving in Sardinia

I spent a lovely week at this Bed and Breakfast in February. Manuela takes a lot of pride in the business. She was a friendly, helpful and relaxed host.  The B&B was spotlessly clean.  Breakfast was self-service and had a nice range of teas coffees and a choice of things to eat.  The B&B was in a quiet neighbourhood, not far from town or the bus station.  I enjoyed my time in Nuoro and Sardegna.  This accommodation was part of the reason why I had a nice holiday.  I hope to return soon.

Great bed and breakfast

Arriving from France on business, I spent a peaceful and rejuvenating week at Il Coccio in Nuoro. The place is spacious, spotlessly clean, and remains a cool refuge during the very hot afternoons. Its simple and tasteful décor, the outdoor patio, were a perfect setting to recharge my batteries. Most agreeable though, were the cheerful hosts Manuela and Dario who are very cool and molto Simpatico; discreet, fun, and knowledgeable about Sardinia and Italy (a very worldly young couple – we spoke a lot in English, French, and Italian!) Every detail is well considered, as were the generous and nicely assorted breakfasts, freshly prepared at a requested time. A pleasant treat while on the road - I highly recommend them and will return!
