The guesthouse is located right on the waterfront.  The location is very good and it's just just a short walk into the centre. The guesthouse doesn't offer breakfast  (contrary to what other reviewers have written) but there's a bar with friendly staff right next door which offers breakfast and seems to be open all hours (we got a coffee at 4:45 on the way to the airport). Bus stops are nearby,  for example no. 4 to Pittulongu beach  (highly recommended) or no. 10 to the airport  (airport buses start running at 6 am). The guesthouse does justice to its name with large (shared) terraces in front of the rooms.  We had a room at the back and the large terrace with tables was shared with one other room. Our room was equipped with a TV (Italian channels only), a fridge that didn't work well and barely cooled even after being on for 24 hours, and a kettle 
 - but no cups or glasses at all. We paid the  lady manager on arrival before being shown our room and didn't see her again after that. The bathroom was large but the shower very small. The air conditioning was much needed with ambient temperatures exceeding 40 degrees centigrade!  Olbia is not a cheap place to stay and the guesthouse offered good value for money.  
 

Good location and attractive terraces

We stayed for a weekend at the guest house terrace and what to say, cozy owner, clean and very nice rooms, overlooking the long sea of Olbia, very close to the center and price quality more than excellent.

I've been to this hotel Mrs. Anna exceptional person I stayed at number one clean room with all comforts located in a central location but away from the chaos of bars and venues for a stay in Olbia I recommend it to everyone I'll be back soon

Relax your craving

It's a great place for those who have a ferry early in the morning, 7 minutes from the port, cozy, quiet and clean, there's no breakfast, but the owner is kind enough to bring something to the room anyway.

The guesthouse is located near the airport (7 minutes by car). It takes only about 10 minutes to walk to the city centre. The guesthouse advertises breakfast, which is actually an absolute pride! The reception is really friendly.

It's a mixed impression.

I'm very disappointed with the quality of this establishment!!! We're being sold on a dream... the photos on the site have nothing to do with reality! When I arrive I meet the only person who welcomes me briefly and hands me the keys (this will be the only time I meet the staff all week) I meet very quickly that the place is not worth the detour.. laborious ^^ I first look for the view and the long chairs (observed on the site) but not found, the place is badly placed, very noisy work all day long from 7am, the owner who barks when the front door is closed, the room is cleaned every 2 days, the toilet is cleaned for 2 days, the price of a toilet paper is only broken, and I'll only change the toilet paper for 2 days, the dog will be cleaned for 2 days, and the toilet paper will be cleaned for 2 days, the dog will be cleaned for 2 days, and the toilet will be cleaned for 2 days.

To avoid at all costs!!!!

It is a one-night stand for working needs. It is available and hospitable, has a very nice and well-maintained structure, a cozy room and a wonderful terrace with views. It is a few minutes' taxi ride from the airport.

Passing by

We stayed at this guesthouse for one night and can only recommend it. Very quiet location we can't report anything about breakfast since we haven't used it. There are a few restaurants in the area for breakfast.

Staying for one night

In my opinion, the breakfast offered is very lacking as it consists only of watermelon and tea (to be prepared with the boiler), to eat a packaged cornetto and two slices of biscuits with marmalade per person every morning so there is a lack of milk, yogurt, fruit juice, cereals etc. Another negative aspect is the centralized air conditioner at which the temperature cannot be adjusted but only the flow rate, the temperature is set to a value a little too high so sometimes you sweat.

Breakfast in short supply

We only needed a place to stay after landing and before heading south the next day. This place fit the bill. It is clean, there is AC, and the owner was patient with us considering our lack of Italian and utter exhaustion after a day of travel. She also let us keep our bags after we checked out and walked around the city while waiting for our bus south. She does offer breakfast, but she herself will tell you that you can get it in town - and you should, unless you are desperately hungry after having gotten off an airplane.
