Great position very clean really. Simonetta is very friendly and helpful. We would go back again as it was better than expectef. It is very easy to find and is close to both the harbour and places to eat great stop over from airport 

Good place to stay

This place was good. Very expensive but we couldn't find much else at the time we want to go there. We had the orange room (pictured) which was nice and clean. It has a shared bathroom. I think all rooms with a shared bathroom should have a mirror to help get people out of the bathroom quicker. This room has mirrors but not ones that you can actually see in. Having a real mirror would make life easier. 
The breakfast is fairly average but they'd run out of pretty much everything on our second day which wasn't good.

Everything was perfect: Very friendly owner, big nice room, calm house, kitchen for use, free Wifi. Although we have to leave at 6:30 to the airport Simonetta left us a breakfast for self service. Your car you can park in the street.
The only thing you have to know: There is a steep stair to the flat in the second floor without a lift. 
If we come back to Olbia we would surely come back! Thanks again!

Nice stay in calm side road

It doesn't look like much from the outside, and we were actually wondering if we were at the right address until we saw a little name tag on one of the bells, but once inside this B&B is lovely. A very friendly Italian lady showed us around, going through all the foods they'd displayed for breakfast to which you could help yourself. The apartment is artfully decorated with some cool design furniture and is very clean and tidy. The bedroom we got (there's 3 in total) was big, light and very comfortable. It was free parking outside and a 5 minute walk into the old centre of town. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful centrally located room

We were welcomed by our very cheerful and kind host, the beautiful, creative, and inspiring décor that's to be found in the entire B&B, and a quite appetising selection of breakfast treats. :) Slept like a baby.
