First experience of holidays in apartment: we had always opted for hotel but with the arrival of a dog we had to revise the ns way of vacationing and we have to say that the best choice we could not make it. new structure,in karate still under renovation, apartment very clean, bright, well equipped and spacious. Gentle and courteous owner. top position, practically on the walk of Orsay, excellent starting point for walking excursions and with ski garages covered free.

Pleasant discovery

I was there for the White Week with five other friends, really perfect. Great location, everything working perfectly, car garage, owner availability. We already booked for the same period of 2021, covid permitting.

We have been staying in this residence for years in July for 15 days. We occupy two apartments because we are a large family. We think it is the best: furnished apartments, modern and comfortable and clean, excellent location, fair prices, excellent owners! You can live the Val Gardena with serenity and comfort.

An unmissable summer appointment.

We were with my family the first week of July, a nice apartment furnished with everything necessary, very close to the escalators that lead to the center of the village and those that lead to the drought cabin.

That's perfect.

The apartment is located in a perfect location: two steps from the moving stairs to the center and to the Seceda plant that connects you to the Sella Ronda. In a few minutes you reach both the center and the plant. The apartment for 4/5 people is spacious, recently renovated, complete with accessories, WI-FI, served by elevator, ski storage and garage.

Perfect position and kindness of family

We booked two very busy apartments on the ground floor. We were pleasantly impressed by the wood furnishings and the accessories found (phon, espresso machine, oven, dishwasher, electric carpet, big TV - sorry it was all in German but with Netflix we were able to spend hours watching movies in Italian or English- dishes and proper rooftops...) and because everything kept very well and clean.

All you need

The view of the valley is wonderful and everything is in the immediate vicinity: the mobile staircase that arrives in the central square of the village is 1 minute walk away, at 5 minutes there is also a supermarket and lifting plant for Seceda (which, through the rolling carpet of the underpass, means to spend 2 minutes standing and find yourself at the entrance of the canton) and plant for Rasciesa.

Very friendly staff, the owner did everything he could to help us. new and well maintained apartment. great location to go on the slopes (Seceda, sellaronda) and to the center of Orthisei.

Villa Hubertus apartments are located in the center of Ortizée (Ortisei or St. Ulrich), not far from the pedestrian zone and just a few steps from the escalator leading to the Seceda cable car (Seceda). There is free underground parking and free Wi-Fi available to guests. The apartments were large, clean and very convenient; they had a balcony overlooking the village and the mountains. The room had a large LCD monitor and safe.

Beautiful apartments in the heart of Ortizée (Sant-Ulrich).

Villa Hubertus is a hidden gem. Perfect location right above the town for a perfect view, yet literally just a few steps to town and for the lazy an escalator to take you straight to town.
The property was very easy to find. Parking was a big plus. It's an indoor parking with an elevator straight to the apartment which makes it easy when you have luggage.
The apartment was spotless. I usually clean as soon as I get somewhere and even in 5 star hotels you can find dust somewhere but not at VIlla Hubertus. It was spotless.
The kitchen was well equipped with cups, dishes, wine glasses, cutlery, coffee machine, espresso maker, tea kettle, dish towel, salt and pepper a dishwasher and dishwashing liquid
Towels were provided, bath, hands and a tub mat as well as hand soap.
Bed was super comfortable, closet was large with lots of room (on a side note, Gerald, the owner Is a carpenter and everything in the apartment is his handy work. It's easy to see the love, the work and the pride that goes into every piece).
Gerald was a wonderful host. Responsive to all my email before getting there, received us with a warm welcome, and attended to all of our needs with a smile.
A bonus with the apartment, Gerald gave us free bus passes to the different towns and free passes to the swimming pool in town (1 indoor pool and 2 outdoor pools). Gerald, we can't thank you enough for the wonderful 5 days in your home. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. I am sure we will be back. Thank you for my gift, I will cherish it. That was very sweet of you.
