I stayed with my family in this Hotel Garni occupying a small apartment and choosing to enjoy breakfast at the hotel. The experience was undoubtedly very positive: super available, friendly and discreet staff. Super clean structure, heated skyroom, excellent and abundant breakfast, parking. Strategic position: very convenient for the market, ski rental and the ski lift facilities of Seceda and Alpe di Siusi.

Garni Planaces is located in a strategic position, both in relation to Ortisei (it is two steps from the center, from cabins, supermarkets etc) and to the Val Gardena itself (the buses connect Ortisei impeccably to the rest of the valley and the cabins to the various points from which to depart for the trekking routes). We have been without a car, and we have never regretted this choice, indeed....As for the Hotel, we could not have wished for better: the spacious, clean and comfortable room, the really good breakfast with high quality products and then, the owner, an exquisite person, super available and always ready to give directions and advice, not less than Walter Maria, his young collaborator who has spoiled us until the last day !!!

Quality, kindness and top position

The hotel has a small balcony overlooking Sella. Breakfast is varied and abundant with top quality products. Good quality price ratio given its location in the center of Ortiese a few meters from Piazza S. Antonio where local transport arrives and leaves.

A very neat and clean garni in the heart of Orthisei, just a few meters from the cableways to Alpe de Siusi and Seceda. Manager Walter made us feel at home thanks to his kindness and availability.

The Garni Planaces is exactly what we were looking for: impeccable cleanliness, spacious and very comfortable rooms, the kindness of Walter and Sara typical of the High Adige Hospitality and the location in the heart of the wonderful Ortizese.

Fantastic Garni in the heart of Orthisei

its my first time to join the Motorcycle Tour with my Husband. We always stop in a place for a overnigth in Hotel. We are very Happy to see this Hotel. Its a perfect location( for restaurants, Bar happy and shoppping  of course) even i just done window shopping 😀😀,its only a walking distant. The staff are so friendly, its clean and most of all a nice View at your Balcon.  The price also is reasonable  with breakfast. For sure we will come bavk again..Its a recommended Hotel. 

Best Hotel

My wife and I have returned to this hotel after two years; we have already found ourselves very well. Spacious rooms with television, clean, with a large bathroom equipped with everything, balconies with a wonderful view of the valley. Sweet, salty, abundant breakfast, with great cakes made by the owner's mother. The staff is extremely courteous and available. The owner is a person of great professionalism and kindness. What to say: a beautiful holiday and excellent structure.

What a lovely living room.

I stayed only one night after spending the previous 3 nights in another facility. I noticed a greater efficiency on the part of the managers of this hotel in providing information about the place and activities. A nice breakfast with local products and excellent cleaning of the rooms that I preferred to the previous one for the comfort of the beds, for the width and especially for the parquet floor (often in this area hotels all have carpets in the rooms that I consider unhygienic). The flat garnices is in the center and a few meters away from the lifts. Around shops and restaurants.

Kindness of Owners, Clean and Central

The Planaces is located in the lower middle of this classification, as a structure with great potential, but stops forty years ago. The Pescosta family that runs it is really exquisite, hospitable, available, from grandfather to grandson. It is in a good position, in the center of the village, an excellent starting point for several excursions, should be subject to a radical renovation, from rooms, very spacious, to comfortable but outdated bathrooms, the bathtub is now anachronistic and uncomfortable.
