The rental room is in the middle of the historic center of Orvieto, a few steps from Piazza Duomo. It has a private parking lot for a fee, where we could leave the bike safe. It is quite difficult to find, so that they came to pick us up at a point in the historic center to take us to the parking lot. The room is quite small, with a small bathroom that at first glance seemed without bidets, it was actually embedded in the water, very functional.

Perfect for visiting Orvieto

Although listed here as a B&B the property does not provide breakfasts so is not a B&B. We stayed in an attic room with a private external bathroom which was a little inconvenient in the middle of the night as you need to enter a communal area  in order to use the toilet. The room was beautifully furnished but being an attic room had a very low ceiling on one side of the bed. It was also up two flights of stone stairs and there was no lift. That said there was a lovely communal kitchen well equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, fridge, hob, oven etc as well as a washing machine in the private bathroom. The location is fabulous right in the centre of Orvieto, a stone's throw from the market and many bars and restaurants.
Valentina was a good host who provided us with mugs for our tea on request and also had our squeaky room door fixed promptly. The free wi-fi was somewhat unreliable at times. We would definitely consider staying there again should we ever revisit Orvieto

Fabulous location but not a B&B

The property is 2 minutes from the centre. Quiet and quiet place. The room is really large and spacious with all the comforts. Excellent cleanliness. The managers are very friendly and friendly. We were very good and we highly recommend it. Fabio and Milva

What a great vacation.

I can’t say enough about this property. From the moment I booked the reservation to the day of checkout I found Luis and Valentina to be gracious and warm hosts providing me with all the answers to the many questions I asked. We opted to pay 10 euro/night to park near the apartment which made it easy to get in and out. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed including water, espresso and Coke! We loved the balcony surrounded by beautiful flowers. We only wish that we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

Perfect efficiency apartment close to center

Very convenient location for visiting the city. impeccable cleanliness, tastefully furnished rooms with everything necessary, friendly staff and attentive to all the needs of the adventurers.

Clean, nice rooms and located right in the centre, perfect starting point for city visits, friendly staff, recommended for couples, plenty of places to stay, but for a fee.

Great room and great staff.

Central location, excellent cleanliness, good reception. The indoor air conditioner is a bit noisy and can be difficult to fall asleep when on. The common room of the indoor air conditioner is very comfortable if you are a group, with a coffee machine and refrigerator available. Wi-Fi and parabola available.

Good location.

We contacted the structure and immediately realized that it was worth it. Clean, orderly, in the historic center of Orvieto becomes an excellent reference point to visit the magnificent sites that the city offers. The wonder of the Duomo, which suddenly discovered, along with all the other riches, leave you breathless and you would like to have visited them first.

Great reception, and great accommodation.

Located in a historic building with no elevator (a steep staircase leads to the rooms on the first floor and the mansard apartment) and no parking in ZTL, but a few minutes from the shopping street and the famous Duomo, the small structure (choose by chance on arrival in the city) is equipped with every comfort to guarantee rest and stay in the magnificent village of Orvieto. For formalities and for information about the places, turn to the young person of the reception located in the front, on the street floor.
