I was there just for one night, but enjoyed ot greatly. It was off season so not many people except me, it felt a bit empty there. Room was nice, clean, with stylish decor. Tv, wifi and a/c included. Bathroom also clean, everything right how it supposed to be. Very friendly and helpful owner. Good and big breakfast, italian-style. 

Beautiful hotel with friendly owner

Stayed at the Pietra Verde for 7 nights and had a very enjoyable stay. The owner was very filriendly and helpful. The decor felt like we had stepped back into the 1970s, pink couches, green curtains and constant camp music playing in the background- atmospheric really! The room waa a good size and we had a nice balcony with a good view. The shower was blocked by the toolet which was a bit awkward but ok for us, would be more difficult for people with walling difficulties. The location was great, 5 minutes to the beach and very quiet at night. Breakfast was nice too. Definitely recommend

Nice location, friendly owner, slightly dated

We have just returned having spent 5 nights in Otranto.  We were very pleased with this hotel.  Great location, every area is spotless.  Breakfast very good, great choice. The owner is an very obliging and runs a very comfortable hotel.  Wifi is excellent in lobby and bedrooms.  Very nice bathrooms and good size fridge in room.

Great place to stay in Otranto

The hotel is very well situated just a few minutes walk from the centro storico. The owner Antonio is very kind and helpful.
The room was nice and quiet. We were able to leave the car in the garage during our stay, which was a comfort. We will gladly return!

 

Nice stay in Otranto

this hotel is only 5 mins walk from the train station and 10 mins to the old town so it was in an ideal location. The owner is very friendly and the hotel was spotless. Breakfast was not too bad for Italy,nice pastry and choice of cereal. I would stay here again.
