Stupor Mundi B&B in Palermo was one of the nicest places (and had the best breakfast!) we stayed at during our two week journey around Sicily. We booked it for our first two nights in Sicily and since we liked it so much we stayed here again the night before we left the island. The place is charming and very clean. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful - they even gave us a different Sicilian treat each morning, a nice touch. The hostess is very pleasant and accommodating. The B&B is located in the "new" town, close to the ferry dock, as well as the bus to the airport. Palermo is a walkable city, and this B&B is conveniently located in an upscale part of town. I would definitely stay here again, if I'm ever lucky enough to return to Palermo. Highly recommend.
