I recently stayed at the Plaza Ungheria and the hotel room was good the location was excellent . The staff were absolutely brilliant . I lost my wallet or it was stolen on Via Roma . When I returned to the hotel to make a phone calls to cancel my credit cards they could not be more apologetic and asked if I needed any help, even checking in the local coffee shop where I last used it to see if it was there. A few days later I had trouble downloading my boarding passes to my phone and Anna ( so sorry if I got your name wrong ) tried as well with a smile on her face . It was a problem with the airline . It was so nice to stay in a hotel where the staff generally cared for their guests. Alan Wheeler .
