I've been here with my mom and my teen brother back in August where it's the hottest and most humid. We really enjoyed our stay at the B&B of Letizia and Maria Grazia. It's very clean, perfectly located just behind the Teatro massimo. its very central. the room we had was very spacious and there was airconditioning in every room. the bathroom and toilet is outside your room but that wasn't any inconvenience at all. Every bathroom had its own key and you could lock the door. The ladies were very fothcoming with our extra wishes like extra pillows and a flat iron. They were very helpful in giving us insider tipps like where to go, how to get there and where to eat. The building in like an apartment building with a really narrow elevator. But our luggages could fit inside and a maximum of 3 people could fit in. It is not something you would want to get into if you're claustrophobic but it does its purpose. Breakfast was good and made with love. What i liked about the breakfast room is that there is a fridge where you can put your stuff in it. Just write your name on it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. And i would stay here again given the chance.
