For many years my family and I have been visiting the Park and Pescasseroli but for various reasons we have changed places to stay several times. This year the choice has been made on this wonderful B&B which I really feel I highly recommend. Located a short distance from the centre of the village, it is easily accessible both by car and on foot. The structure is very well maintained and cozy, as well as the rooms which are also very clean. The outdoor spaces I think are a plus for relaxing or reading with the possibility of sitting at tables or lying on beds and mattresses. The breakfast is excellent, with cakes and cakes prepared in the house that really make a difference, the odor is very nice from the morning. Finally, very, very, very available and very personal. Very beautifully furnished.

It's a perfect vacation.

We stayed in this B&B and were pleasantly impressed by it, starting with the structure and the friendly and friendly staff. The B&B has a garden where you can eat breakfast and relax in the sun during the hottest hours of the day, and essential rooms, not too big, but clean and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast includes great homemade cakes that vary from day to day, with a scent that spreads throughout the whole structure from waking up; perhaps to expand the salt options.

Great B&B to relax a few miles from downtown.

We stayed with the family in August at Villa dei Pinti. The place is charming, clean with cozy rooms and characteristics (in wood) like from the mountain tradition.

Charming Villa of the Pines

Great living room. The structure is well maintained, cozy and clean. The rooms are warm: in the room there is the possibility of managing the air conditioning. Comfortable bathroom, with window, large shower cabin with glass door, presence of bidet. In the room there is the TV. Great breakfast with a good variety of homemade cakes (at least 4 different) and brioches, fruit juices, yogurt, cereals and pancakes: unfortunately there is no salty alternative, but very good things prepared! Very kind and available staff: from the reception to the cleanings. Good location, about a km from the center, very easy to reach on foot. We will also return!

A very well-groomed B&B: I recommend it.

The room you assigned to me was small but very clean. The staff is very kind and the breakfast is good and generous. I can't give high scores because there is no elevator to go up to the high floors and carrying suitcases is tiring, the attic rooms have partly low ceilings and so are more uncomfortable and oppressive and the prices are still high for the type of room offered.

Good and bad

We stayed two nights and we were great, we felt like home, simple rooms, with all the comforts and cleanliness, delicious breakfast with freshly baked corn and cakes, very available owners.

B&B top

Clean structure, well organized. very relaxing outdoor spaces with mattresses, couches, bunk beds etc... in the shade of pine trees. Very available staff who also offers tips for walks and places to eat Breakfast to say nothing exceptional... homemade sweets and more... really a great awakening. We were here for the second time and if we should return to Pescasseroli we will definitely return here. Congratulations!!

Relaxation in the cooling of pine trees

I stayed here this summer and enjoyed one of the rooms with independent entrance: not very large but with everything necessary. Breakfast super as said by other reviewers. The center is reachable with a pleasant walk. Gentle owners and available at any time of the day.

A pleasant stay

Great location. The staff is very nice and the breakfast is great with homemade sweets that change from day to day. The bed and breakfast is 15 minutes walk from the centre of Pescasseroli, easily accessible. The only drawback for me is the parking that should be a little bigger, but for the rest it's all perfect.

We had the room with independent entrance, outside the central structure, which, despite being very clean, I believe it is possible to improve: the double bed not the quietest - blind bathroom without fan (with all the consequences of the case) - a shower panel to replace (present hole where water inevitably comes out).
