This is a beautiful place, set in a dream landscape at the foot of Mount Amiata. Courteousness, discretion and availability are the prerogatives of Mrs. Marisa, guest of the farm together with her husband Claudio. Ideal also for families with children, thanks to the very comfortable swimming pool, the outdoor area with games and to the tender Billy, the puppy growing up in the house. Peace and relaxation reign sovereign at every hour of the day.

The perfect combination of holiday, relaxation, tranquility and nature.

It's a beautiful and very comfortable building. The owners are very available and courteous, a large room with spacious places in common. A lot of space around, shaded. We had. Or a nice room that looked directly over the lawn and we were independent. The dogs were very well-received, they rested, ran, played and swam in an artificial pond. The swimming pool was very clean, a dream to use in the evening, all lit up... A really romantic situation. We'll definitely be back! Good managers!

A Romantic Experience

I stayed in this hotel one night, with my husband and a couple of friends. The owner welcomed us in a kind and not at all invasive way. We stayed in two rooms facing the kitchen in common. Nice and well equipped place. The rooms are spacious and clean. In the bathroom there is also a hair dryer along with everything necessary. The fully equipped kitchen has allowed us to prepare a delicious dinner and was provided in a really rich way for your own breakfast. The geothermal pool is definitely the flower in the flower, we have the bathroom at midnight in a very romantic atmosphere. In short, an experience definitely above expectations, very welcoming and in a very warm structure.

We've come to this beautiful and quiet place, full of greenery, flowers and a nice swimming pool with warm water. The managers are very nice, friendly and available.

Escape from chaos and concrete

Ideal place to spend a quiet holiday. Nice garden for the little ones and heated swimming pool. The owners are very friendly and welcoming.

Family Vacation

Nice farmhouse, we stayed only one night. Excellent price, clean rooms even if it's a little dark. We didn't like the breakfast mode, unhelpful and pastries of the previous day.

Visit to Tuscany😍

I'm always sorry to give a negative review, but it must be an incentive to improve the situation: when we arrive, at 14:00, the lady welcomes us gently, while she finishes arranging our room. The place is strategic, on the slopes of Mount Amata, and potentially could be a great farmhouse, with very green surroundings, free parking on site, and a beautiful geothermal water pool, unfortunately: the room has a very annoying side bed, the smell of the room denotes poor hygiene of the used material, the handwashing of mosquitoes, the exports in the middle of the room, the defective bathroom in ruins, and the defective water supply, due to the quality of the toilet and the unnecessary use; also sadly, the toilet is working very well.

Unfortunately, there's a lot to improve.

We stayed in this property for 3 nights. Nice place where the farmhouse is located, easy to find and good roads x to reach it, heated pool and a nice garden to enjoy also because there is a barbecue available to the guests. Simple breakfast, owner available and cozy, One thing to note is the furniture of the rooms: shower not a box but on the floor and very small, side beds, and during the stay in the bathroom window opening it broke off from the wall and fell on us without luck of any consequence.

Cozy structure, but with some flaws

We were planning to visit Monte Amiata and since we were brining our dog, we found this agriturismo. Very clean and located just at the bottom of Piancastagnaio.
We were given a large room with a common area and kitchen shared by other guest.
Breakfast was self prepared. The owner has everything from milk/tea/coffee and juice/fruits and cakes prepared.
Big garden so there was plenty of space for our dog. There was a pool and it is heated as well so a definite plus.
The lady owner was really friendly and offered suggestion of place to eat and visit. 
Would stay there again if visiting that area
